Real Fairies

Hello everyone!

In his 2012 post, Mr. E mentioned that, by the time 2012 arrives, “magic will be more accessible to humans who know how to use it.” His use of the word “magic” has seemed to make quite a few people uncomfortable, or worried–probably because  people often associate the words “magic” and “evil” together.

To help clarify things a bit, Mr. E and I had the following discussion.  We hope it helps!  –Natalie

NL: There are some that are concerned about the safety of working with magic because they feel it may be connected to the dark energies…

Mr E: Magic is not evil–evil is evil, if that makes any sense.   Well  I guess, first you have to ask yourself “what is evil?”

Evil is closely connected to fear and is a negative intent that is  created by anger and hate.

NL:  Hurting, dominating others…

Mr E: Yes, dominating, being the overlord of somebody.

NL: …and the all consuming desire for power.

Mr E: Right, sometimes,  because they are feeling helpless and they want to have power, people go to the evil side to get it because they think that it is easier.

NL:  and it is, sometimes…

Mr E: It is– it can be very powerful and very fast working.  But the problem with that is, you know, and what they don’t realize–there are rules that go around, you see.

NL: Which are?

Mr E: If you do something and create something evil through magic and project it at somebody else, you see, the thing’s gonna come right back at you. After it’s done “eating” that (the intended target), it will come back and eat you too!

NL: You can sustain that for a while if you keep the momentum of negativity going outward, there are people who do this for many years.  But eventually…

Mr E: Eventually, you will implode.

NL: Just look at the examples in history…

Mr E: Right, exactly.  Look at all the big baddies out there who have done evil, horrible things.  What happened to them?  Nothing good, now did it?

NL: No, nothing good.

Mr E: So what I am saying is, the best way to empower yourself is by using the positive and not the negative. And to do that, it is perfectly all right to use magic.  Magic itself is not evil but evil can use magic.

If you are worried about not doing magic because it is evil, then you might as well not pray either, you might as well not worship any god.  You might as well not have any positive hope for anything in this world if you don’t believe in magic.

NL:  Why do you say that?

Mr E: Magic is the creating power of all there is around you.

NL: I think the word “magic” is the problem, rather than the concept.

Mr E: It’s just a word.  It’s a word that means the power of creating.  The power of creating  is what magic truly is.

NL: Energy is neutral and you can use it for positive or negative results.

Mr E: Exactly.  Energy, magic, same difference.

NL: Let’s talk about empowerment for a minute because it does relate to magic and energy. Maybe people need to become aware that they are inherently have the ability to be  powerful, they are born that way.

Mr E: Yes,  every creature has its own power.

NL: How does one access that?

Mr E: By realizing who they truly are. They have to be connected to their spirit and realize that this is just…

Well, like…for instance, I’m in this body right now and technically I’m a woman at the moment (laughs) which is really freaky for me! Yet my spirit is here. The spirit is where the power is at in the first place.

NL: When dealing with magic or spells, people are often concerned that the devil will be involved in some way.

Mr E:  The devil…the devil is real.  I mean, I hate to say that because by even saying that I am giving him some credit and some power. So, yes he is real but he is real because you have created him that way. And, he is only powerful if you create him that way.

NL: Yes, if you buy into it.  Fear is one of his greatest weapons, one of the connections to the devil.

Mr E:  Right and he likes to surprise you–he’s a sneaky little devil (laughs). Hah-no pun intended! But there is a reason why he is called that because he isn’t up in your face, he’s a little guy who likes to dart around things and surprise you.  He’s the type of guy who wants to manipulate you and to get you to fear him.  The more you fear the little man, the bigger he gets so he’ll feed right off of that energy, you know.

NL: It doesn’t seem like his methods are that different than the unseelie.

Mr E: Well, they kind of work with him, he inspires them and they like him very much.

NL: So…going back to the idea of power and magic…not only are we powerful from within, we are also surrounded by power.

Mr E:  Power is everywhere, yes.  The earth we are standing on has got power. My goodness, these crystals you have right here have power in them.

NL: So talking about magic and evil…

Mr E: Magic is not evil unless  you create it to be evil.

NL: Magic is neutral and can go either way.

Mr E: Right

NL: And you can make the choice

Mr E: It’s like water, you can either swim in it or drown in it.

NL: And those who are worried about using spells, well I can see their point if they are working with a negative spell.

Mr E: Right, you have to know what kind of spell you’ve got going there and who created it in the first place.  Learn to create your own damn spell and work with the energies around you.  Energies are just energies, you have to go with the basic energy and create your own  thing, you know?

NL:  A lot of people don’t know how to do that.

Mr E:  Right, but the information is out there and we can share our methods too as time goes on.

I don't believe you can, but you can ignore him.    Alot of the times he will influence by appealing to your ego or by flattery– if you learn to say a sharp “NO!” To yourself–one of the hardest things to do in life, then  he can't find a response in you.

Ok Natalie, I remember a time after I stopped using the mermaid spell and I had all this extra power saved up so I made spells of my own. My parents said magic was of the devil and I ripped them up in tears. Could I have been using magic without knowing it? Could my spells really have worked?

I know. I found this band on the ground one day and I tied on a tree I really like and to day I found someone had taken it off, I got so upset and when I did a gust of wind blew from behind me.

Actually I think my element is water like yours. I had a water bottle and I refilled it 4 times. THe shaking of the water like you do starts to happen too. I will tell you my personality anyway.

I was independent since I was born. I go with my own way. I hate looking the same as others. I love to stand out. I love to have fun, laugh talk. I love singing and dancing. I love swimming, horse back riding, reading. I love supernatural things. I care for others. I'm caring and fun loveing. I don't care what others think of me because I have power they could never imagine. Thats all I can think of.

Old post, but nevermind, I like it XD I am begining to really like Mr. E! Besides being really funny and intelligent, I can relate to everything he says on magic.

Magic is nothing else than the power to change the world with your will. Spells are one way to do magic, but magic can happen just by wishing stuff. That is why we should never wish harm to anyone! Magic happens when there is a powerful intention. It might be you wishing really hard to get that dream job, or to find that tiny object you love and lost.

For those interested in spellwork: spells are not that complicated to create. A big deal of spellwork deals with symbols. Words, by themselves, are symbols. Objects are also highly symbolic: they represent things beyond their actual use or shape. An apple is not just an apple, it can symbolize love, nourishment, youth, discord, temptation…it depends on what it means to you. When casting a spell, make sure:

1. you pick objects that represent your intention. If you work elemental magic, use if you can the actual element (water, dirt, sand or salt, candles. Air is a little more dificult to represent so you can use incense or feathers. Still, air is everywhere so it is pretty much present). If not using elemental magic, pick coins for money, and such. Rememeber, things that represent your intention. Colours are very important because they are also symbols for our unconscious minds. Don't sweat it: keep it simple and honest. That's the kind of magic that works. In the end, all this stuff is just symbolic, true magic comes from intention.

2.Choose the right words: clear and direct instructions are more important than fancy poetry (also, fancy poetry seems to come on her own when you know exactly what you want). Be polite: never command anyone to do anything, it's rude (except, perhaps, negative energies. Commanding them to leave and clearly stating they are unwelcome is extremely important). Ask nicely, but be firm.

Now…what I have learned is that the key point for spells to work is visualization. If you are unable to see the results of your spell it's just never gonna happen. You have to have a very trained mind to visualize, since it's not like meditation or astral proyection. Visualization involves a conscious effort to create an image, and our minds seem too like a little to much to deviate from the subject XD Meditation might help you train your mind to stay clear and focused. I confess myself unable to meditate XD but if you can do it, you have an advantage!

Now, I personally don't believe in the devil. I do believe there are beings who cause harm intentionally, and thus we call them evil. I also believe we humans are capable of doing good as we are capable of doing evil. So, just like Mr. E said, magic is only evil if you use it for evil.

Well did you know the devil in christianity is not really bad, its one of the tests of the bible, from what I understand all he wanted was equal rights for angels, theres nothing inherently evil about that, i'm not totally familiar with the story though so i may be wrong

but i think it just shows that all things have a reflection, Lucifer was not afraid to stand up for what he felt deep down inside was right, even though it supposedly went against God, he followed his heart and whatever it was that was greater which was calling him, and so within the Kingdom of God he was exiled and hated, just for being himself… for being the way the God created him.. maybe because God knew that there is more beyond him alone, paradoxical as that could be, and that some must go on past that paradigm, at first it may seem like hell, but truly it is freedom… if you really want to Know, you have to go and follow what you believe not what other people tell you all the time, and then you'll know for sure, I believe the world is basically good, or at least our thoughts have the power to create, we all have great power within us, we can use it for either good or bad, and its not always cut and dry, both good and  bad has been done in the name of the Church, God, etc… I'm sure good has come from things condemned by the Church as wrong

it sounds a lot like Jesus and the Roman Empire.. think about it, i think its a test in the bible to see if you are only paying attention to names, this is a good guy, this is a bad guy, or are you actually feeling in your soul what is happening and thinking about it

my friend said sometimes God bursts into hell and shines love everywhere.. i don't understand how it could be another way, God loves everything, he created it all, she knew it would be the way it is… God is everything, even the devil… even the bible contains hurting words, etc.

is it because the bible was written by evil people? or is it because the nature of the universe contains both poles? only you can decide that
