I have found two four leaf clovers in my lifetime. But three! That is just amazing and all at once after putting the faery house in!

i did my with juice cart, i made two, a third one coming but no more room hahaha. my village is full.

i want to make one out of nature product that can subtan the nature weather outside. i hope the chicken we raise won't kick them away.

It is made from a log stump with a wooden door and match sticks for windows. I also make these little mushroom houses but they are for use inside:

My daughter and I made 2 houses for indoors over the holidays out of cardboard paper towel tubes and I covered them in bay leaves, thyme, and old potpourri..one of the roofs I took apart a large pinecone, got rid of the stickers and put the little thingies on as shingles. Not too bad in all..I like your use of mushrooms, very creative!!

Beibhinn, your faerie's cottage sounds beautiful!    Sometimes I will go to the craft stores and pick up some dried moss–and glue that on parts of the cottage when I make one.

I like to use plastic houseplant containers– and I cut out a little doorway at the bottom.    The papertowel tubes sounds like a great idea :-)

Yes, you can put the houses up high, that would work just fine.  The cats wouldn't bother the fairies but, if they are like my cats, they might bother the fairy house.

Hey Natalie. I'm ten, and I live in Hong Kong. I want to start connecting with fairies like you. But I'm not sure if there are any fairies here in hong Kong. Are there???Frown

Hi sleepyfeariequeen My stepmom and I have always loved fairies and started making houses for friends, a good friend suggested we make a website and sell them online, so a few weeks ago we did, its still a pretty new website and we only have about five of the many houses we made on there so far but will be adding more in the coming days. I will give you the link if you are interested, I also have a few links that I found that have some very nice fairy houses for sale if your interested in those as well.

Would a bird house work? Guess you could try to put a tiny door on its front so yu dont get a bird inside. Then again birds are nice too. What you think?

A birdhouse would work fine, just make sure any faeries around know its for them (decorate it accordingly, tell them so etc). If you dont want birds nesting in it then yes i would suggest putting a door on, or else you might have some new bird friends instead of faeries lol
