Yes you can always expect faeries to be around nature. Doesn't mean you will get to see them though. To increase your chances of encountering one go out in the woods alone around during sunrise or sunset and quietly listen. This is when the veil between the worlds is the thinnest (and this is when I saw a pixie). Just remember to look with your mind rather than looking for physical evidence. If you TRY to see you most likely won't see at all.

YES they LOVE sweets! You could just go out during the times stellar told you and say I believe in you fae if you would like to come while I'm asleep into my dream I would be honored or something along those lines. Mr.E said if you invite GOOD fae (needs to be specific !REMEMBER!) into your dreams they will come, just as different shapes and forms. You may just feel them. Maybe you could bring music to play for them and they could dance!

Oh camping! That will be a wonderful place for the fae, all woodsy with little technology and noise for the most part. I think you would have a good chance of seeing gnomes, as they are known for their love of nature and their job of caring and maintaining the environment. Also pixies or sprites, whatever you wish to call them are fond of greenery, so I'd leave out an offering or two for them as well.
Good luck!

Oh hmm that's interesting! So if the camp ground is near the water sprites may be more plentyful.
