A little while ago I was told by a dead man that the reason I can't move the quiji board thingy on my own is because I just have a severe lack of energy. And I don't quite know what kind of energy that was, but it seems to be connected to my ability to connect with things (fairies, memories, nature) through mediation, dreams, and general focus. And it may be connected to my low blood pressure and how I keep getting almost sick. But it really seems to be impeding on my ability to connect with just about anything in meditation. And a lot of the stuff talked about in this section of the form is ways of gently upping or tuning a persons energy, but what do you do when you just, don't have much of it? I guess what I'm wondering is, anyone have any ideas for ways that I can generate extra energy to make up for my low level?

The difficulty concentrating might be whats causing the block rather than your low energy, maybie try something for the low blood pressure aswell since the loss of energy could be connected to that. Other than that some crystals are good at amplifying energys, as mention in this topic http://www.realfairies.net/for…..crystals-1
