Certainly, it seems to be a pixie or a winged fairy.  How fun!  Fairies are hard to see, and everyone is different, we all have different gifts.  As much as you would like to see a fairy standing in front of you, maybe your brain is not wired that way.  The fey know you want to communicate though and are trying to give you another avenue to see them, through reflection!  Have you tried the magical practice of scrying?  The cliche picture of the gypsy with the crystal ball is an example of scrying.  Some people see the future when then scry.  Some people get meditative insight.  Maybe the fey want you to communicate through scrying.  I would go and purchase some type of reflective thing, a cheap, pretty mirror, might be a good start, go to a gift store, or maybe an occult store and see if you can find something that feels "right."  Then just breathe and look into the mirror.  To me, the fey appear differently…what I call "fairies" though who knows what they really are, are balls of colored light.  Don't have a preconceived notion of what they "should" look like.  They will appear in a form that you can perceive.  Don't use the scrying mirror for anything other than scrying though,  I suggest keeping it in pretty cloth bag or box when you aren't using it.  Good luck!  They obviously have made contact, now you have to decide if you want to hear what they have to tell you.

I'm so glad that I was useful!  I've just begun working with the fey, and they are absolutely magnificent!  Some are a little spookier than others, but I have yet to have a bad experience.  Open your mind, be willing to let your imagination work and have fun.  Blessings.
