So, ive been fascinated with the wee folk, and I have had my own encounters with them, and am glad to meet them. But lately, I haven't seen them as much:/ I still believe strongly. They say the older you get, the more you stop believing, but as a matter of fact, with me, the older I get, the MORE I believe!
In attempt to communicating with them more, I'm trying to astral project again. And I always get to the very edge, bit then I go backwards, and I can't complete the phase, I can't get to the projection part.
In the process, my body starts to sway, and my vision gets blurry and white, but not to the point where I can't see anything. And in a way, my vision starts to "vibrate". Like shake back and forth, But I can't get to the pushing my body, out of my body. If you get what I mean.
But I am also looking for more advice, on how to communicate. And what and when is the best way to communicate?
**I am open to all suggestions:)!

Are you doing this with your eyes opened…?
I might be able to help, because I was interested in it
(and still am) for a very long time, but first I wanted to ask that ; )

Hmm, I'm not going to say for sure, but, I think that
it might just be your vision going out of focus.
It probably isn't the best idea to attempt projecting
with your eyes opened… but there are many techniques.
I learned some of the ones I know from astralviewers.com
What I do is… close my eyes, head north, feet south,
and just clear your mind and only pay any attention
to your breathing. Only focus on that.
Also, DON'T MOVE… AT ALL!
And you'll start to feel a vibrating.
That's the easiest way I know of, and at least for me.
AND, the easiest way, at least I've heard, to
contact the fae is meditating…
so you might want to work on that!
Although Astral Travel can be useful with that as well…
I've also heard that you can encounter some very
nasty entities there.
So, be careful. I would go with meditation…
hope i helped… : )

That's really interesting! I need to start astral projecting again! I did it once, and got to the part where I was ready to leave my body, but then someone texted me, and I got completely distracted >.> haha.
Although, you said the easiest way to contact the fae is meditating. Do you have a specific meditating method to use where I can contact the fae only? No one else? I haven't found a useful website which explains meditation for the sole purpose of contacting the fae. Could you help me with this? :)

Don't push think about floating like your bobbing around on the sea but doing it in the air. Pushing tightens up the link does just the oposite of what you want it to do. Here's a good site on astral projection.

I find using binaural beats does help.

I don't really have one for contacting fae… sorry :/
Well… maybe it's a method, but just not to me.
I do what I'm about to do during astral projection, but usually just sitting up. Ignore everything around me,
and just focus on every time i breathe alone, then start to ask in my mind.
But I do know a few methods for astral projection. : )
I'm not sure if I said it in the other one, but there is the method where you "roll out"
and the anchor method, and others
if I were you, i'd DEFFINITELY go to this website on it
http://astralviewers.com/
it's REALLY helpful and great for learning. : )
Oh! and you can astral project from a lucid dream, too.
If you want to lucid dream, there is an easy way- always think about lucid dreaming… not constantly… but a lot.
Also, ask yourself now and then if you're awake or dreaming.
and let yourself get six hours of sleep, set an alarm, get up when it goes off, and DON'T sleep until the hour is up,
then fall back asleep. :D

Binaural beats/isochronic tones are extremely useful for this, if you're having trouble.
I got some really good isochronic tones from the unexplainable store for chakras and manifestations and I love them so I might be getting the astral super package deal soon. I've been trying to astral project for a while now but haven't been successful so I think that these audios may help me a lot. Something to think about if you're having trouble

I have never been able to project with my eyes open. I don't think one could.

It's not likely that you can project with your eyes open unless your using drugs. I find it easier to do phasing as opposed to conscious projections. ONe thing it's important to keep record of your dreams it will help you identify projections you do in your sleep. Just doing that I've had some humdinger projections. ( one I actually thought I was dead ) There are times when it seems real enough that you have to be there a few minutes before you realize your body isn't there. I work on both the projection end and evocatory/invocatory as well. Takes time and patience particularly for adults. It's easier to learn as a teenager but harder to keep the skill going.
