Yes it is possible to see the auras of fae, but like Mr. E has said a couple of times, fae can be visible to human if they wish, and I am not exactly sure if they can do the same with there aura.

Fae are living creatures, with souls so technically their auras can be seen, and their aura may even be easier to see compared to human , since humans have a lower level of energy then fae.

Crystals or charms can usually help with seen auras, and there is even a amulet on this site to 'see the truth'. You might want to search them up.

There is many of them that I listed in another post.

For meditation ( which is used alot to visit fae) :

amethyst, ametrine, aqua aura, aquamarine, azurite, celestite,  clear quartz, dumortierite (blue quartz), labradorite, lapis,  sea shells, selenite, snow quartz, sugilite, topaz ..etc are some examples

 For auras :

ametrine, citrine, dravite, epidote (emotional body aura), iolite, labradorite, nuumite (clearing), quartz, rutilated quartz

 For communication : amazonite, apatite, blue lace agate, blue onyx, blue tigers eye, blue topaz, copper, emerald, euclase, kunzite, labradorite, quartz, turquoise, ulexite

For third eye ( which can help see the auras and fae) :

amazonite, amethyst, apatite, apophyllite, azurite, chevron amethyst, charoite, indicolite, iolite, lapis, moonstone, picture rock, purple fluorite, sapphire, scolecite, sodalite, spinel (dark blue), sugilite, tanzanite
