My mom and i were looking at a bookstore ( I LOVE BOOKS!!!) and i was looking at the meditaing books and my mom waked up to me and asked if they had Holy Yoga i said ill look, i looked for about 40 seconds and found it i was interseted what it was about i read a little of it and i thought it was cool! I think all the christian's will like it ( I did)
BTW it has meditaing in it too!

I read a bit of the first chapter of this book and so far it's exactly like regular yoga, but without chakras, and all eastern religious influence such as "higher self" "inner wisdom". According to her this form of yoga just trains you to be "one in the spirit". As long as she doesn't try and butcher the whole concept of yoga, I can see this being a good book for christians, but she's already starting to twist a few concepts of traditional yoga.

Eventually, many Christians will not be afraid to look outside of the box and allow God to teach them more things they didnt know before. Even in the New Testament, Jesus tells His disciples before leaving that He has more to show them but they are not ready to hear yet– but one day they will be shown.
It's 100 % true that we have energy centers in our body– chakras– were put there by our Creator.
In fact, the Earth has a chakra system as well- Also, what is called "Chi" – the life force- is vital for all Creation. I believe that part of the work of the faery realm is to keep the "chi' flowing throughout Earth– keeping the flow going to energize trees, plants, areas of land, etc.
Many of the things the Eastern peoples teach us are great spiritual truths that tie in with God's Kingdom .

Maybe that day will be when the veil opens?
And chi = the power of nature , and psi = power of our energy
