I actually never knew that I had Valor in my house until someone (a Medium with a faerie specialty that I used to know) pointed it out to me. I'd never even considered the idea. I participated in a ritual to welcome the Winter Solstice that evening and things started to happen to me after that. I'd be left little presents on my doorstep, like jewelry or shiny coloured rocks, and things would start to go missing. Back then I couldn't even hear Valor. I didn't start really hearing them until Nevermore showed up, and he was the first one that was REALLY there for me.

He was the first one that I could almost see past the wards, then slowly, but surely, I started to be able to see everyone else and hear everyone else. I can see Valor the most now, I can tell you exactly where he is and what he's doing, without even concentrating.

The best way to answer this question is to say that if they want you to know that they're there, you'll know. They won't be subtle about it in the slightest.

Wow, Chichi and Faery Firbolg,  you guys are sooo lucky!   

Chichi,  the Faerie do speak like that-  sending thoughts that pop in your head like that– Maybe that spider with wings was a shape-shifted Fae and he/she chose to appear to you in that form to show you how all living things- even a spider,  deserves love.– how they just want to live their lives too.

I've seen one Elven Being 3 years ago appear to me in my mind's eye as a bright glowing green outline of his shape, so your sighting is much like how one of these Beings also appeared to me as well!

This happened when I was outside reading about the Faerykind.    I had just put out a snack for the Faery under a pine tree there and  a rabbit suddenly came out of nowhere and walked right up to the snack- and stared at me from under the tree. When I shut my eyes is when I saw t his Being.  He appeared to me only in that way- as a bright green glowing outline.  His ears were flat and stuck out like Star War's Yoda too-    I still feel his presence about- and he lets me know that he is around.    I always say Hi to him when I'm outside :-)

Last September my little nephew wanted to make a picture for the Faeries and hang it near the pine trees outside.   He drew this picture with colored pencils of the same Being I saw in my mind's eyes over 2 years  before–and I never told him.  He made the ears the same way too.   After the long Winter, the picture is still outside and paper (which was glued on a makeshift frame made from popsicle sticks)  still shows this Being's face.   It's like this Elven Being tapped into my nephew's subconcious and led him to draw how he looks like — even though  my nephew had no idea .
