So, I shiver when I'm not cold. And it mostly happens to me, and people make fun of me because when I shiver, it's not cause I'm cold! So I was doing some reading and I saw that you shiver because a spiritual being/fae touched you. Does this mean that I'm always getting touched by them? And I always get shaken, by something and it's in the certain state of mind, when I'm in the mode where I can astral project, I always get shaken awake. Is it POSSIBLE that something wants me safe, and doesn't want me to astral project
