Last night Im guessing around 3-5 am I half woke up but I couldn't move i felt like there was something ontop of me and I could scream either. I googled it and i think it's called sleep paralisis or something like that. Im mu culture we believe it has to do with a bad entity or sometimes just a spirit. It only lasted about 5 seconds then I could move. I was really confused, this morning I told my mom about it and she told me the same thing had happened to the son of our neighbor who live downstairs? But she told me that night she had prayed a prayer that my grandma gave to her to get all the bad entitys/vibes out of our house. Do you know why this happens and what is it? And what I can do to prevent this from happening to me again? or any other information on this?

Sounds likes sleep paralasis, but the prayer can help put you in a protected sleep just as any other protection magic can. I allways close my chakras especially third eye, to prevent wandering spirits causing any harm while asleep. I only open them while doing magic or connecting deeply to something.

What happened is actually scientific. I am a true believer so don't diss me for telling you this.
So what most likely happened was that your mind woke up but your body didn't. It happens to many people. I don't know what it's called but your mind woke up but your body didn't. If it really was something (which I doubt because of the facts giving) it wasn't trying to hurt you. Maybe just scare you.
Trust me when I say it was scientific. I heard it on a science show.

omg that happened to me too!!!! except there was a buzzing sound or a drilling noise in my head. What i found out, i know sounds crazy, but the pleidians were rewiring my brain which explains the noises in my head. While this was happening, i didnt feel a dark prescence or anything like that, i was just panicking because it never happened to me before and i didnt understand what was happening. I just told myself to relax and that im safe, which made me feel better. after i while i could move and i fell back to sleep. it could most likely be sleep paralisis

While I do believe in many cases, it is purely a physical side effect of some sort that can happen during different stages of sleep,
I also firmly believe that many entities are the cause of this– and some of them are not so nice entities- Mostly , I believe, the reason is so they can suck off some of our energy for themselves– when we are in the least defensive position and not able to fight them off. Some may make us paralyzed because they want to observe us without the threat of us going after them.
I' was plagued with sleep paralysis alot when I was in my early 20's… and I could even feel exactly where the entity was standing in my room. I also had an experience involving this with who I believe to be a reptilian ET as well.
The only time these episodes permanently stopped was after I went to my pastor and asked him to pray over me and annoint my head with oil. He totally took me seriously when I told him my situation and his prayer was very emphatic– seemed as though the Holy Spirit was pouring right out of him when he prayed too! I was very touched in my heart by this.
Since then, it only happens rarely. Also, I've been told by an intuitive woman that I have 3 guardian angels watching me. I believe this is true after the prayer that pastor made for me!
