I am unsure on what to say on your experiance. Maybe others can do more than i at the moment. Thanks for sharing your experiance though as this one i am clueless at the moment.

This isn't really recurring, it only happened once, but it still gives me goosebumps when I think about it.

I would tend to view this as a negative entity because suicide is generally frowned upon in the spirit realms and many who do that end up trapped between the realms for quite a while.  I don't think anyone offering you this as a suggestion would be wishing you well.

I don't know if you believe in Satan, or fallen angels, but it is said that they do often love to fool people by appearing as "angels of light", and

from what your dream sounds like-  I dont think it was a Higher loving Being that was presenting you with this choice.

If you killed yourself, you probably would actually be stuck on this Earthly plane for a long time until some spiritual guide or God Himself could get you out– so what he was telling you was not 100% true.

From every case I've been reading where demonic entities mess with humans, there is often a point where this demonic being will try to get the person to kill themselves–   they often will hear a voice in their head suggesting it too.

God or His Light Beings never suggest something like that to someone-   Killing yourself does not amount to spiritual growth so you can enter a higher plane of existance.  Even the fact that he got angry also convinces me this being was from the dark side.    Whenever you read accounts where people have Near Death experiences and are given a choice as to come back  or remain there- and the person chooses to go back,  the Being of Light that is speaking to them never gets angry with them for choosing to go back.

I do not know if you believe in satan or God, but satan was the angel of light before he fell and because he cannot harm God himself he chooses the next best approach and harms God emotionally by harming us whom God loves unconditionally next time you are aproached by a being such as this test them ask them who is their lord and master and if they do not reply that it is Jesus and that he has already come in the flesh than I tell them to leave because they wish you no good 

If you are not christian do not be offended this just what I believe… I do not meen in any way to sound superior or pushy

but either way be careful appearance does not always denote intent and I hope you never give in everyone is valuable and is on this earth for a reason and I am glad you didnt
