I have to say, the reaction of many on this forum to the necomers is disappointing at best. I haven't been active because my own fae friend (daoine sidhe) has discouraged me because he also has a different view of his world and felt it would cause conflict and also because he has no interest in answering questions.

But, as he and I have been in contact with Aislinn, Ashy and several of their fae friends via msn and as far as we are concerned they are 100% genuine, he feels it is important to come out and say so. I have to say, it was a great relief to me to find others who share a similar relationship with their fae so I feel the same way.

Callan would like to point something out, (and I am mediating for clarity and politeness) that as a daoine sidhe he has little or no interest in the goings on of the elven nations so why would he know details of their Royalty?

Now I will add that he doesn't even identify with a court, being what Nevermore would describe as a Wild Fae, so bear in mind when you consider his position. He won't even talk about sidhe royalty…

I think everyone needs to consider that these are not humans, they do not necessarily share a 'global community' mindset like we do, and it is quite possible that the elven court and the sidhe courts have no knowledge of one another because they do not mix.

..About last Friday, My finger just randomly started bleeding, there is now an X on my finger, and today, I thought I was going crazy because someone kept yelling my name and it came from no where. Could that be them?

If you are talking about the Fomorians, I would highly doubt that. Fomorians would get involved the same way demons do, and only with a good reason (one that is deemed a reason to them). If you have a Fomorian bothering you, you need to get serious help. They would most likely get to you through a serious "accident" (like a car accident, stage accident, climbing, or something that is threatening to your life). This could be a mischievious fae who is trying to get your attention for one reason or another. If you like, I could have Nevermore take a look or one of the others here. Do you feel threatened?

There are a lot of words going back and forth here and it seems as if people are assuming some things that aren't completely true.  First of all, let me say that I HATE conflict like this, truly hate it.  Honestly, I hate it so much that there was a moment or two there where I suggested to Susan and Mr E that we just throw in the towel and walk away from all of this. I had to question whether anything was worth this aggravation. 

Let me clear some things up here.  Much has been said about me (?) being upset because Aislinn and Ashy claim their fae to be Royalty.  No, not true.  I don't care if they are royal or not, it really doesn't matter to me in the least.  So, when Aislinn said, "But you guys doubt Nuada and Nevermore and their Kingships.  I think that is where we are getting some of the unfairness from." This is simply not how Susan, Mr E, or I have felt at any time.

My main concern has been two fold:

• Are they being honest here?  Ashy and Aislinn didn't start out too well in this area because they had one of their fae, Nevermore, posting and not admitting who he was.  That wasn't a great start but we sorted that out.  After that, I just let Mr E make the decision about their veracity and his opinion was, and I think he said this in an audio, that he felt they were genuine.  That's where I left this issue and have not made any comments on the forum about them not being who they say they are, as far as I know.
• Are they being respectful to Mr E and his knowledge? Now here is where I became upset and it is the main reason for my negative attitude.  Here's what I saw happen:  

1. Nuada Silverarm, Lord of the Seelie Court made this comment: "Mr. E has you under the impression that there's a gigantic war between the Bright Court and the Night Court, and we (here on this end of the world) have no idea what you're talking about, which is mostly the reason that we haven't joined in." Ok, under the impression, like we are being fooled or brainwashed? Like, what he is saying isn't true but he wants us to think so?  This seemed to call Mr E's very character into question.  When I made a comment about that, Aislinn explained:  " I think the reason why he asked that was because there are a LOT of fae who mess with humans for a long period of time, and just wanted to MAKE SURE that that was not the case." Again, we appear to be in danger of falling for Mr E's shenanigans.  So, how does anyone "make sure," anyway?  How can they "make sure?"

2. There has been a general feeling from the newcomers (Aislinn, Ashy and their many fae) they if they don't understand what Mr E is saying then he MUST explain to their satisfaction.  It feels as if he is being "called out," and it doesn't feel friendly.  The latest unfriendly sort of comment like this was just recently when Aislinn said "I am really curious as to why no one here has heard of Tuatha de Dannan, who are royalties of the fae.  Mr. E should fill you in on who they are."  Mr E is apparently falling down on his job and has left everyone sorely lacking in much needed information.   
3. And  Luna, what are you saying?  We never said anyone should know who the courts are, etc. WE DON"T CARE, get it?

I seriously take issue with those who have said we are the problem here but I guess you can all believe what you want.

Are we REALLY having a fight in a forum that's supposed to be all about sharing information, love and respect about how a FAERIE worded something? Seriously? I honestly think that this has gone a bit too far.

 

I'm sorry if Silverlance said something or worded something wrong that sounded like he was being offensive, he wasn't trying to be. He just SAID IT WRONG. He's a FAERIE. Carrying on like this and pointing fingers and calling names is really juvinile. Really. All we did was come here to try and find answers, to find some help. We found some really decent people, but we also found some really close minded people who we feel aren't interested in even considering our information.

 

So, if we're going to be continuously treated like outsiders, like we're wrong, and be accused of being "trolls" or "liars" and be the center of conflict that is based solely around something a FAERIE worded the wrong way, we'll just leave.

 Let me restate that.

 

You know. This is getting really immature and childish Natalie. Mr. E does not need to explain anything to us. He isnt being called out.

This has nothing to do with Mr. E. I think it has to do with you.  You feel threatened by us, and I want to know why.

You have been nothing but rude to us since you have been here, and probably to many others too.

Our fae don't have to explain themselves to you or Mr. E, becasue its not their business about your or him.

I think this is getting REALLY immature, and you need to stop flaming. We were trying to be kind and understanding, but you have been nothing but VICIOUS to us since the beginning.

Nevermore had no reason to expose himself to YOU in the beginning. He didn't trust you or know you. Can't blame him.  He has come to adore quite a few people here, but you keep shoving us out like you are threatened by something.

 

We don't question your authority or whatever. We were just here to make friends and talk to people who could do what we do.

But obviously we are not welcome here. Obviously YOU guys must be the only ones who can do it.

How do we know you are not lying? how do we know you have not been keeping a farce for several years? Verify what Mr. E is telling everyone by proving it.  Not just through an audio. You want proof of our fae, well. We want proof of yours.

I am done being diplomatic. I tried to be nice and caring and loving, and I really enjoy talking to many people here. Many of you are very nice and very sweet and so wonderful to be here.

Why are you trying to shove us out???

Does it really REALLY matter what our fae say? They are FAE. They have no concerns with you or Mr. E.

We don't question Mr. E. We don't. It isn't our business.

Period.

 

By the way. Fae will do whatever they please. If Nevermore wanted to post as himself, he would have. But he doesn't trust you. So I ordered him to lay low until we verified you.

You can insult US, but we can't say ANYTHING. you are biased and prejudiced.

 

If you don't care, then why are you running this forum? This place is supposed to be about 'love' and respect for humans right? Then why are you being cruel? Some respect.

 

NO ONE said that you are a problem. Everyone is just concerned with how things are going, and why we are fighting over something so small? We should not get involved with what qualms our fae have.
