I was just wondering that if a person gets random chills are feels that things are running down their spine, is that more than just some physiological reaction is it more? What if a person feels an extremely strong chill like a cold electrical current running through their body pushing against their bones and skin and other things?

Hello LilyLo, I can mean a number of things,But one thing now is that we are going through a change,in our minds and bodys,as we shift to a higher awareness,things are changing on our planet and in our solar system,and we are changing with it,you will notice things are moving faster so we have to move faster in order to keep up with these changes.Bill little Eagle

Sensations. I've not worked much with the fae so with them I am still working things out I will say they are distinctive. But the other spirits I work with I usually get a almost like cold but its not cold sensation on my left shoulder when one is present and wants my attention, except for the one I have worked solidly with for the past couple years. He's extremely powerful but the way he set up the link is that it hits in the heart chakra and the sensation is usually one of heat. ( the degree can become quite intense at times though never physically painful) No its not heartburn either, nor anything like it. the sensation is actually off the surface of my chest but the skin on top feels warm to me. It does not feel warm to touch.
there is also something that goes on when I'm in sleep and starting to wake up just after the sleep paralysis is off. I'm pretty much awake but in that lazy state that is the best I can describe like I'm sitting on a motorbike that vibrates a lot. its through the whole body. I also feel like I'm about 12 inches off the bed when that happens. There havn't been any physical drops so I don't know I don't think I'm actually up in the air but I'm not really sure. I have no idea what thats all about.
I always give the spirit some kind of verbal feedback when I physically feel something or see something Just as we have trouble seeing behind the viel they are not able to get a clear picture as well. The feedback helps them know they're getting through. They may or may not need it but it doesn't hurt. I found in the Dee diaries that the " angels" persistantly said when Dee and Kelly were demanding the location of buried treasure that they couldn't describe on a map where things were because they did not see our world in such a way nor could they even visualise it accurately enough to give them an apt description. I then realised that the spirits I was working with were flying blind and didn't know for sure if they were coming through clearly. At that point I started giving feedback and it really made a difference.

Actually this has been happening to for years for as long as i can remember(and other things like seeing lights esp. violet blobs are electrical looking wisps of smoke/currents/waves) its just yesterdays was…..strong. like a burst of cold energy. weird

It happens to me on occasion I havn't really noticed anything changing though.

When I interact with beings with high electromagnetic energy, my body shivers and twitches uncontrollably in attempts to mediate the incoming energy. This usually begins around my midsection, in my solar plexus area and spreads via my nervous system to my extremities. Sometimes I will seize up if a large jolt suddenly comes within my own field. :)
