Here is a great website which is working toward getting 1,000,000 people signing this petition and they are already in the low 800,000 mark. The group, Avaaz, wants to show just how many people are against commercial whaling. So sign up and work towards saving the whales!

This is wonderful Sairahiniel, thanks for sharing it with us! I hope they get even more people to sign the petition than they need. :)
In the future, though, could you please post things like this in the 'general conversation' forum? The Elder forum is really more for discussions that involve some thought, and saving the whales is kindof a no-brainer. ;)

thanks for posting this, Sairahiniel!
Can you also repost this over in the General Conversation board because I hate to see this thread get lost- Our sealife is very important – and Sea Mammals are suffering not only from the Gulf Oil Disaster right now- but also the fact that the moratorium on Whale hunting has been lifted very recently- These beautiful animals need our healing energy petitions and prayers.
