Dakota when you go in for you school physical you need to mention this stuff to your doctor. I know it's a stressful thing going in there but if you write down all your concerns and have the list ready when he comes in it will help him/her do a better job. One thing to keep in mind to ease your mind a bit is that many adolescents have these sorts of symptoms and nothing turns up on diagnostics. Hormones in the body are adjusting to adult levels so you experience mood swings, physical complaints  that seem to come out of nowhere make you feel like crap for awhile and nothing shows up that gives anyone any idea as to whats going on.  This goes on until about age 19-21. headaches are the most common, stomach pain is also common, knee and foot pain sometimes even long bone pain during growth spurts.

Now sometimes its more than just the hormone thing and something does show up on a diagnostic or the mood swings get to the point where it interferes with daily function as well as school then something has to be done about it. Thats why it's important to see a doctor or at very least a school nurse  I can tell you what the normal developmental discomforts are but no one can say whats going on unless some tests are run and a physical assessment is made.
