Haha, so I just moved to Pennsylvania AGAIN!!!!!( I was born in PA, went to Virginia for like 5years then I moved back in late July 2009) Well, my two best friends live in Virginia and i cried alot knowing that i was going to have a big hole in my heart and my dad promised me a dog and tortoise. I was just wondering if you guys had any information on The Russian Tortoise(i made my own fact sheet lol) or any dog breed suggestions.

Welcome back to PA! I live here all my life- and pray for it's continued safety and protection from all of the excessive gas drilling that will be going on here soon.
That is so awesome that you will be getting some new pets :-) tortoises are intelligent animals.. and they require a place with plenty of water. They like fish and some will also eat watermelon occasionally.. They are beauitiful creatures that can outlive humans.
I love all dogs- but maybe you can go to an animal shelter and pick the dog that you feel is the right one for you there.

well actually the russian tortoise lives in pakastan (or however you spell it) and they get most water from food the should get soaked in lukewarm water every 2-3 days they dont do well in wet envoirments.. wow sorry i justr sounded like an butt( i would say a** but i dont wanna get banned lol) and thanks i kinda hate where i live tho…i feel like im gunna get raped xD

Ohn, no worries! I am just thinking of the tortoises and turtles around here– our kind here love the ponds.
