So, my best friends. One is my second cousin, the other is my… erhh… well, my other second cousin married her mom, and we've been best friends since we were babies. Oh, and one is simply my friend. So, yeah, sorry about the confusing explainations. x3 The first one mentioned is Amber, she's 14; the second is Raven, 11; the third is Fosia, 13. I'm 12. They aren't particularly close to each other, and Fosia hasn't really even met either of them.
My problem is that they don't believe in the Fae. I tried to tell them to come here, but they won't; I tried sensing, but Raven laughed and the other two changed the subject; and so on and so forth.
I really want someone who I know in my area irl to believe, someone I am close to.
Is there any way I can, I dunno, help convince them? Reveal the world of Faery to skeptics?
Please help!
Thanks,
Summer<3
Cojo is right– sooner or later they will end up seeing them– or seeing a strange flying light- or they will see a light fly around thier garden that could be a lightening bug, only thing is that it will be neon green, red, pink, blue or purple, and they won't know what it is.
Until then, you can't really convince them until they open thier hearts and minds. To try to convince them would be unfair to them because it would be you pushing your beliefs on them.
I have noone I can share about the faeries in my area where I live either- only online friends. My own family won't believe- and my father just told me that I act like an "idiot 10 year old" when I am 46 1/2 for believing in them. That's okay though because I am not interested in living my life for him or his approval. He didnt have a face to face encounter with one of these Beings as I was given the blessing to have. Maybe one of the reasons I was given my encounter also was because the faerykind were not thrilled at all the chemicals my father uses on his property –and they sought help from the Great Spirit to reach one of us humans living in our home- Since then, I've been trying to make our yard more organic and safe for wild animals, — and the faeries knew they could never reach my father. My mother is crippled with arthritis, so she couldnt be much of a help in the yard. I am greatful that they did reach me though- and I love them. One day those who are sincere who dont believe but want to will see- the rest that shut their hearts to anything unseen may never be able to see. You just have to respect them for what limited Light they have, while you try to keep on the path of growing spiritually.
Appreciate your friends for what good you do see in them–
