hey everyone! I just wanted to start a topic for anyone that has any recipies they want to share! :D any, like, fairy food for gifts to the fairies, potions, and food recipies that us people can eat! (yummmm…)

just 'cause i think it would be fun for all of us to put these things together :)

all i ask is that you specify what it is so someone doesnt end up eating a poisonous potion….. >.<

What a great idea! I love collecting new recipes. Heres one of my very favourites for a toffee apple cake!

Toffee Apple Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter softened 1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs 1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla 2 cups diced and pealed apples
1/2 package Skor Toffee Bits

Method:
Cream first four ingredients until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients. Fold in apples and skorbits. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan or a bundt pan. (I prefer the bundt pan)

Topping:
1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp brown sugar Other half of the package of skor bits

Combine all ingredients together, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter.

BAKE: At 350 F for 35 – 40 minutes. (You may want to check it at 30, as it sometimes cooks faster depending on the oven!)

When finished, let cool for 10 minutes and than flip over onto serving plate.

*Note, with most bundt pans you flip over your cake and its ready to go, but in this case, you want the side with the topping facing up. So you will first need to flip it out of the bundt pan, and than flip in again so the crumbly topping side is upright. Hopefully that makes sense!

Enjoy!
