Well, why can't you create a topic that interests you?  Why wait for others to do it?

I have been absent myself for a few weeks now–hiring some people so that I can spend more time here, actually.  Check back in a week or two, it may be more active here by then .

Forums and chatrooms are a group effort. It's more inclusive than other forms of entertainment in that everyone holds some responsibility for the content. I haaaate seeing people say "I'm bored," in a chatroom because it's up to each of us on our personal ends to keep it going. If there's nothing to talk about, go out and play :D

What do you think would make the forum more fun? I personally enjoy the elevated conversations, but I know it can be a lot to wrap your head around sometimes. Also, a lot of the longer, informative posts get attention from only a few members, so if new information is your worry try taking some time to browse the elder forum or read topics you've ignored. The trouble with separating discussions up into threads (because this is a forum and not face-to-face lol) is that little details and questions slip in here and there in unrelated topics because of our trains of thought.
