It hasn't always been like this, but just recently, when i started to recognize the faes existance, and this is whats been happening (unless it's just the house settling in a strange way…)

• the floors are creaking, and usually at night, like somebody is walking, like dogs footsteps.
• there are a ton of orbs, everytime i take a picture, and i even got a gold orb, and ones with faces (although that was a few years back)
• the past couple days, i hear a creak, like somebody walking into my room… a couple of creaks like walking.

And, before this started happening, i did make a faery house, and buy several new crystals… And new plants I've planted…

My house, when it was bought, came with quartz crystal rocks, quite a few, they surround the front of my house.

Also, my house is new. Only one family lived here before us, and nobody has died here. My house is 21 years old…

So, I don't think it's haunted, and I just don't feel like I have ghosts…

and more often than i used to, i feel like i'm being watched- and i always know when somebody is watching… just over my shoulder…

Floors make noises like that at night and they can be quite loud and annoying. It's the nails and wood moving against each other the temperature expansion rates are different so there is friction.  All houses do this to some degree and how  much you hear depends on the type and quantity of insulation. However, the footsteps where your hearing a distinctly different sound and your used to the normal noises the house makes day to night that could be something.

Orbs can be spirits but just to be sure try different cameras or the same camera in different places. Anytime I get something like that I always do comparison pictures ASAP as soon as I see them. It can go a long way towards confirming whether or not it is a spirit or just dust/ moisture.

The best approach is a friendly greeting .. don't start prying questions introduce yourself remember your manners. offer food and drink and only if that is accepted then should you ask any questions. If you see an entity do not stare at him/her. When I had a pixie appear I dropped my eyes to the floor and froze in place in a semi kneeling/sitting position, allowed her to approach me at her speed. I think the approach worked well. … I'm glad I kept my wits about me enough to think. Your adrenaline gets going when something like that happens it's hard to think clearly.
