Ok well i was at my friends house and i had lost a tooth and well i closed my eyes then opened them and when i did i saw a white figure that had two wings and a little woman body it fluttered its wings and put her hands over her mouth then disapeared could this be a fae interacction and whenever i make an altar or leave out something for them nothing happens i really want to contact them PLZ help!!

Probably that was a fae. Just go by what you feel.

Definitely sounds like you had a Faery visit you that day–       Keep acknowledging them– leave things out for them, etc. and be mindful of their presence near you.  They could be around you and you would have no idea.   That was rare that you even had that type of visitation from that Faery– seems she wanted to go out of her way to let you know she was there-  like she was meeting you "half way" because she knows  our human senses are way too backwards to see or hear them.    Pay attention to any vibes you pick up in certain areas-   

After I had that one Faery visitation 3 years ago,  I havent seen one visiibally like that since- but I have noticed that I can sense their presence in certain areas. 

This past week I went over to a favorite pond I visit– the first visit since last Fall (we had a long hard Winter)    I said a prayer over the pond and put the entire wetland area in God's hands for future protection from all the rotten things humans do to nature when I distinctly felt a presence near me and I started to cry.   I didnt see anyone, but I felt them so strongly that I started talking to them out loud after my prayer, and I felt one or several of t hem listening to me and near me.    The reality of it made me cry and really brightened my mood too– so much so that I walked home with a big smile on my face and my heart was touched by them.  The sense I got was that THEY were happy that a human decided to make that kind of prayer    Sometimes you have to ask the Great Spirit to believe BEFORE you see!
