ok guys i saved this oak tree from dying, This oak tree is 400+ years old i have seen some glowing orbs around this tree sense i saved it. I was taking some picture at dusk/night and when I got back the where all in my pictures. I knew they where there I always felt like i was being watched. but its a Good feeling. I don't think the Facebook link works for people who aren't friended to you, but the imageshack link works just fine. That's an epic tree, and clearly a special one. :) Good job on saving it!
(Also, I'm jealous that you were able to get up into it like that. I suck at tree-climbing. ^^;)

Tyvek, you are awesome for helping that tree stay alive!!!! We need more folks like you on this Earth :-)
How were you able to keep it alive? Alot of times I see an old tree out and about on my walks- and I know from it's trunk that it's a special old tree. When I see those kinds of trees, I greet them specially- they need to be appreciated.

Hey Tyler,
That is an incredible tree…I 'm so glad it is doing well now. Can you tell me about the picture? Was it taken with a digital camera and a flash? Had you seen these orbs with your eyes first or just in the picture?
