Okay, so my fish Seelie(named after the fae group) died yesterday morning. I went to feed him his breakfast and he was dead…well I was really sad but I was also late for school so I decided to deal with it later. As I was leaving my room a thought entered my head that maybe since I honored the fae by naming him Seelie they would heal him. Of course I passed it off as nonsense. Well when I came home from school Seelie was swimming! I couldn't believe it! He seemed a little sick so I put him in a smaller bowl with fresh, warm water and he's doing great now.
Do you think the fae healed him? If so how should I repay them? I left a shiny penny outside last night since they love copper and I thanked them for what they did but I want to do something more (:

Wow! Are you positive your fish was dead to begin with? If so thats an incredible story.
Perhaps leave some treats out for them? The copper is a good idea, and make something sugary, or some other shiny object.

That's amazing! :) Hmm…I'd recommend giving them sweets, and other shiny things, like JollyRancher36 said.

Hmm, When a fish is floating on the water, I would say it would be dead- that is very interesting- and not something I would pass off as cooincidence.
Thanks for sharing that!

Fish can be upside down like that if they are constipated or have a swim bladder infection. If he was tired of struggling he would have gone still like he was dead. However, who knows. Perhaps little fishy had a near death experience! Poor guy!
