Our Forum…

Everything started about year ago. I am going to try and make this as detailed as possible, because its going to be very difficult for me to try and convey information while leaving things out that I am scared to talk about. I am going to put in as much detail as I possibly can. I have already gotten permission from Raven to talk about it. This is when everything started happening, and what our first experiences were like with the fae. A lot of it is terrifying, and so bizaar.

 

I met my girlfriend in 2009, and started dating in March 2010. The first time I went to her home, she said: "Hey. btw. I have faeries. So if your stuff goes missing or something weird happens, don't freak out."  I said, "That's okay. I see ghosts the same way I see humans."  Two months later we start dating.

Then the weird stuff happens. I am at her house again, on my computer photoshopping images from a photoshoot, when this shadow falls over me. A voice, very masculine, and reminded me of a song, spoke in my ear. "Hey. We need to have a talk." 

He was very tall, somewhere around at least 9 feet, with long black hair, golden-pupiless eyes, and he had this beastly tattoo that appeared to cover half of his face. He had long ears that reminded me briefly of Yoda. I was absolutely. Terrified. (I'm going to leave out some information  here…I'm scared to talk about  it…)

The next day. I approach Ashy, and ask her something. "Do faeries only reveal themselves to people who they think are "worthy"?  She stares at me, and says "Possibly. Maybe. I don't know."  She looked confused.

"I saw Raven last night. He talked to me."  Her jaw dropped, and she started rambling off questions to me. What did he look like, what did he say, what did he do, etc.  So I described him to her, and her face grew so pale.  She looked at me.

"That is exactly the way I see him when I channel him. How did you know?"  I told her I didn't. That he and I had a conversation the night before.

I was possessed for the first time that day. I can't remember what happened, so I can't tell you. Ashy can give you details on it.

 

A couple weeks later, we had to go to a baby shower for a friend, and went to get breakfast before wanting to go to the store. Raven was not used to things in the human plane, and Cracker Barrel had a lot of interesting things.

Apparently, we got back into the van, my body next to Ashy in the back seat, and room mate driving. We pulled out of the resturant lot, and started to cross 5 lanes of traffic. All I remember is the "Oh my god, I don't know what to do!" from my room mate, and a hand forcing me to curl into Ashy. The next thing I remember was a huge shadow next to me and the loud BANG in my ear next to my head, and the spinning from the car.

There was a lot of mayhem after that. We had to look at the damage done and see what could be fixed and what couldn't.  The van that hit us hit the door next to me on my side. We were going at a speed at about 5-10, and hit by a van at the speed of around 45-55mph. The door though was dented inwards on the outside, but on the inside, there was a huge imprint of a shoulder pushing outward.  It looked kind of like this (I apologize for the horrible paint drawing)

I was taken to the hospital because they wanted to make sure I was okay, and after that Raven was more noticeable than he was before, and much more obvious.  It was like he quit masking himself, and I let me see him. He told me after I got home, that he didn't know what he was going to do about me.  It was really confusing. I'm not sure what he meant. At least then.

We only had 3 of them then, and over time we had more show up.

 

Everyone, I really hope this was okay to post…

That. Is. SO COOL!! And I'd be scared sh*tless if I encountered with a faerie or elf, or whatever who that guy was. :P

Oh! He doesn't 'bother' me. ^__^  He lives here with us. He is a permanent resident. My girlfriend channels him too. Actually, because of the way we channel them, Raven actually has recently been posting here in the forums. (he wanted his own account). Its very interesting to him, and he is facinated, so he likes to post about fae and his world.

He is very here, and he definately isn't going anywhere, and neither are the others.

 

I will definately tell you all more about what has been happening! I feel much more comfortable about it, and I am going to trust everyone! ^_^  I do have a blog on livejournal about some stuff that has been happening to me too.

Wow, I cannot thank you enough for joining our community and sharing your experiences with us… Is Raven "_Nevermore_"? The one who posted about the Seelie vs. Unseelie? If Raven is posting to our forum he is going to have to deal with a SWARM of questions from everyone I'm so excited to see how interractive he is. Our community is really coming together nicely!!

Yes, _Nevermore_ is definitely "Raven" and I'm glad Aislinn explained who he is.  Let's keep this all above board and very transparent with no games please.

Um. I don't think it has anything to do with being "worthy", but if they find you interesting enough to mess with you or if you have some sort of connection to them or a duty to them.

Seeing stuff the way I can, it can be very exhausting and lonesome even. Its very frightening at times, because sometimes its difficult to see what is one thing and what is another, or if that tree over there is really here.

An avatar is like reincarnation I believe, except an avatar is nearly always fae and the reincarnated faerie is human with a faerie soul. I think that is how it is. I would have to ask one of them about it.  Sometimes all the information confuses me, and I get things mixed up.

 

As for the achievement, I am not quite sure. I have asked him before, and he always says: "In time I might decide to tell you."  Its so annoying.  He can be very elusive when asked a question, but has no problem talking when he isn't needed. >.<

Worthy really is not the question, but rather are you intersting enough? Or do we have some sort of connection with you? Do you have a past with fae? Being worthy is not a reason for fae to bug you, but really? We can bug you just because we feel like it. Fae do not think in terms of "worth" so much as "what do I get out of this?"  If we feel we can benefit or get something out of interaction with a human, then we will most certainly do so.

I really see no reason of how a fae can benefit from interacting with humans, what can human really give them?. So, you mean _Nevermore_ that you create your own avatar, a new body. How would you create it? A body is make up of cells, where would you get cells to make your avatar. Okay, if you people can create your own avatar when the old body dies off, do you even bother to reproduce, is there even a need to reproduce. It is very peculiar, because I thought a couple would want to be parents, I know humans do.
