Whatever it is it's trying to harm the people around me

Thank you everyone for the advise. I now have a protection rune hennaed on my right foot. The side of energy inflow. I gave my friend one as well. So far nothing has really happened and that's good. The only one I worry about is my sister. It seems to have targeted her the most so far and I can't get anything good to her

I've tried that. I've even hidden some in her room but I come back and they are gone.

Last night things happened. There was a bear in my backyard less than 20 feet away from my window but that is not what concerns me.

All my life things have channeled through me. I have had a protection on me for over a thousand years, anything that channels through me loses half of it’s memory. Sometimes this is an advantage and sometimes it’s not. Last night I was with my girlfriend (she is my spirit sister so I pretty much refer to her as my sister) and something attacked her. Her body shook violently and she said she felt like she was being choked. Moments later it came through and started threatening me. It has he souly convinced about several things that are lies. I cannot say them because they give it power.

This thing continued to threaten me and in my head a fae friend of mine was yelling to let me let him through. Finally I let him through but he didn’t make it. Something else came. My voice has never gone so deep. I’m sick right now but it talked clearly through me and gave my weak body strength. Through me it pined my sister down who still has some other thing channeled through her. It choked it out of her. It growled with extreme authority through me. I know high power spirits but this one felt of even higher rank.

I hate to be thankful that it came through me but it never intended to hurt my sister or myself. It wanted to kill this other thing in my sister.

I need your opinion everyone. This is very important. To me these things happen but it is all because of my past. Lately they have gotten worse to the point where one of us might not make it. I worry.

I’m sorry for calling everything thing. I cannot name the thing because of the power they may
gain.

I have seen this creature several times now but it has fully show itself twice to me. The first time was when I was getting out of the shower. It has at least 6 rows of teeth and is no taller than 4 feet. It reminds me of the “my pressious” creature in lord of the rings (forgive me I have forgotten his name). The second time I saw him I was trying to talk to a young elf. Before she could speak the thing took her place and bared it’s teeth.

Does anyone have any idea what this thing could be? It concerns me. This little girl trying to speak may be getting harmed or block or she may just be the thing in a different image. Please I need ideas as to what it is. We do have a lot of unseelie around but I've never seen this.

  Demons have specific opposers in the spirit realm.  What it sounds like is it may be a spirit thats attached or attracted to you and is jealous and being possessive to the point of harming anyone you interact with. It may or may not be naturally harmful it's impossible to tell by appearances. The Theurgia spirits look like snakes and if you don't like snakes you wouldn't like seeing them and assume theyre demonic which they're not. Whatever divine power your closest to you need to invoke him/her and have them cleanse the area. If the entity is attached you need to do this to yourself.  You do this by drawing closer to your divine source.  Eventually the thing just cannot hold on. There's dozens of cleansing rituals. I think the best I've seen are more along the ceremonial magic type lines evoking by grimoire work and then expelling, but you can't learn this overnight and it usually requires special tools depending on the system.  I like the heptameron for it's flexibility in this sort of work. Invoking high ranking angels is the goal here, but any divine spirit will work depending on your beliefs. The grimoire should be used verbatum regardless of beliefs. Being able to put the names with your coorisponding dieties and powers is part of the learning process. But the grimioires are meant for people of European descent and because of that they work best unaltered until you learn how to do the procedures. Once the contact is established things can be adjusted, but thats an advanced work.  If you are not of european descent then there are other similar things you can do as well, but I'm not well versed in them.

shamanistic solution would work on finding out who the spirit was and why theyre coming around. The elf girl could be precieved as a competitor or the spirit and her are the same I'm not sure from your description. Elves are generally considered mixed airish spirits so they can have multiple aspects if thats the case ( I'm not 100 sure about that )

  Anyway the approach  would require a fast of 4 or 5 days which could be a total fast or restricted to one meal a day of vegetables, bread or fruit. and doing a vision quest to determine who the spirit is. You hunt the spirit down in astral bind it and question it.  It requires astral projection skills to do this.  If you have access to local shamanistic groups or voudon, santeria type groups they can be a good resource. The divine spirit has to be the guide here and you have to be able to follow his/ her directions.

I'll sum up the steps how your approach is depends on what you believe will work

1. determine if the spirit is attached to you or to  a place

2. identify the name and intent of the spirit, and the seal if possible

3. conjure bind and expell the spirit, using whatever technique you prefer.

I haven't given you a cut and dry total approach because I think if your really interested and sincere you'll take the steps and suggestions I've given and do some research on these things on your own. Google is your best friend. However, if you need to filter out the garbage I can help in areas of ceremonial magic and shamanistic work.
