Our Forum…

So I've been out of touch with the Fae for awhile now. My parents split in late march and my mom and I moved to an apartment. Needless to say the Fae were the last thing on my mind for awhile now. And with all this negative energy surrounding my family I hardly thought they would see me again. Tonight I happend to come across the forum again and brushed up on things I had forgotten. After that I had an urge to go outside for awhile. I have a sad excuse for a backyard (it's nothing but sement) and saw the trash needed taking out so that's what I did. On my way to the bin (which is a fair distance away from my complex) I didn't really feel any positive energy. It honestly felt like just another walk to the trash bin. Once I had taken it out I started singing quietly to myself a little haunting tune that I know. Immediately I felt curious eyes on me. I'm pretty sure that they fallowed me back home. Once I was inside I still had the urge to be outside. So I went into my backyard to stare at the stars. Once siting down I felt quit peaceful, but a small sadness struck me soon after. My eyes fell on an old plant that my mom and I neglected. It was dead. I saw vinse streching out to it as if mourning for it. I felt like crying. As I gazed something cought my eye. Right in front of the plant sitingon it's knees, no taller then the pot the plant was in was what I believe to be a fairy. The vines circled around her as if she held high importance. We gazed at each other for awhile. I remember her head tilted a little as if puzzled by me. My mom came home shortly after so without a word I bolted back inside. Another thing that happened tonight while I was having trouble closing the blinds I made a comment of how bad the blinds worked and I heard a faint voice say "I'm sorry" Shortly after I said it wasn't their fault. So yeah I'm so glad to be back!

I Could see the fae and you have very good eyes! It looks like its hugging the plant in the picture…

Like a I I have a sad excuse for a backyard so it's very small. The flower pot was only about 4 feet away from me. I was shutting the blinds in my room so it was dead quiet when I heard the voice.

What an awesome experience! I'm glad the fae decided to visit you at your new home. My house has a back yard but it's in quite a busy neighborhood so I feel your pain! Congrats on the experience :)

I think they were allways in contact, when we are troubled our emotions and survival in the physical plane takes priority, eventually a quiet moment, a reflection, some music will trigger us back to opening to there magic.Im in the same situation, a car park back yard. I like to listen for birds, wind, any weeds that pop up are immediately welcomed. Theres a plant that dances in jabs and flickers when the wind blows across it .A faery alter can be  a great way to contact the fairys. I allso use faery divination cards. Maybe that haunting tune is a key for you. There are keys every where though I think each person has there own way of knowing and feeling the fae.
