cool!!   I saw them at Michael's last year strung on a plastic string and attached to a card.  You'd be surprised at the pretty semi-precious stone beads you can get at the craft stores!       I guess they are inexpensive to sell as there are always stone chips left over– and they may as well make beads out of them and sell them to the bead industries!

Do quartz stones have the power to attract fairies?

I don't really know–  but it does seem like the faery love them alot.  When I place clear quartz in the faery's garden, it is one of the first stones they take from the bowl I place their stone gifts in :-)    My Reiki Master friend told me it's most likely because they are using the clear quartz crystal to cleanse different negative areas out in Nature–   made negative by mankind because of something bad that had happened there in the past— animal sacrifices,  murder–including slaughtering of ancient people's by government troops back 200 years ago or more.      All those negative actions leave negativity behind and attract dark entities.       Cleansing these areas makes them magical and positive again.

The faerykind know all about cleaning up negative energy, and apparantly they know about how even stones help in doing this.     Even in Heaven, there are various precioius and semi-precious stones that are embedded in the walls and gates there.

Quartz's energy tends to clean away negativity from various areas.  It can also absorb negative energy, so it's always good to cleanse it by running it under cold water or allowing it to lay out in the sunlight for a whole day every once in a while.   When you first purchase it, it's good to do that before you wear it , or put it in your home.

Another way of working quartz is to have a tree with a spirit cleanse and charge it.  Tell the tree what you'd like to have done and then leave the crystal in the tree or so that it is touching it. Leave an offering as well…. they use a Tobacco, sage and ceder combination left at the foot of the tree. I don't like to leave a vacume when doing stone work the stone is both cleansed and charged so it reduces the possibility of residual.  There was a mention in a different section on green quartz that Mr. E mentioned but nothing specific was given. I wish I had more info on this.

Yeah, I couldn't find a quartz stone, but I found some glass gems. Do you think the fairies might like those?

kingowing,  I have to share with you and everyone here that I just bought some semi-precious polished stones ($3.95 a bag at our local Wild Birds Unlimited store here)   and put them out this past week-    Guess what!  All the stones are gone from the dish again! :-)   ANd that's how I wanted it too because I said out loud to any faery there that these stones are for them to enjoy.    I would have been hurt if they didnt take t hem.

Once I thought my father was possibly taking them and confronted him last month- he was annoyed and sarcastically said, "I don't bother with that area!"  (because my father doenst like all the native plants that sprung up there- he thinks all these things are just "weeds")      Plus he doesnt like that I hung a few quartz crystals on the pine trees there and has called me a gypsy over that…lolWink

I asked the faery to leave the quartz crystals hangintg there- and they have never been taken.  Only the stones that I specifically tell the faery they can have are always taken– and I am honored about that :-)

Now I left some glass gems too and they have been taken too- so they like them as well–     I read your other post mentioning how Plume was holding up a glass stone- so that's neat !

Okay-  I did promise the faery that I would be back outside picking up garbage along the woods near a road near my home, so I will be back later–  I better leave now before the sun goes down.

Please also send him my love and hugs too :-)

Please also tell Plume to tell any others of his people that many of we humans are slowly waking up (be patient with us but pray for us– we humans can be very dense you know!)   and while there is always going to be alot of negative humans out there- and negative entities seeking to cause chaos and ruins–   there is always that Divine Force seeking restoration from ruins-so never be discouraged!!

love

Lisa

Okay Im wide awake now and I was thinking about your post.  Another really important thing to know is the color and appearance of the feather he was carrying. The feather would be a good thing to ask about.

We can learn a number of things already from what has happened.  First, this fairy is probably not a child. Mr. E mentioned that it is very difficult to cross the veil from his end this is something that has been confirmed by my own sources as well as classical literature. Fairy do not age as humans do so. Also their voices are different and men do not deepen to the extent that humans do at puberty. There are numerous descriptions of this both modern and classical.  He appears to be highly trained in magic.  He is not necessarily  gone when he disappears. I am wondering if the so called glamor which normally makes fairies invisible is not in actuallity a spell but their natural state on this plane, and a spell or magical operation is required to create the conditions required to be visible to humans. It's clear in the classical writings I've come across that the general assumption was that fairies were normally visible and had to do a spell to be invisible. But, I am really thinking this is a falliicy caused by the assumption that they're just like us.

. He is also monitoring your sleep because your most psychically receptive period is just before falling asleep and just when you wake up. I find that interesting since he appears to be able to physically cross. It must take a great deal of his resources to do this and he's perhaps trying to make a difficult operation easier. But thats just a guess on my part.

I suspect he may also be using something to keep your startle reflex in check when you wake up.  Also don't be suprised if his size changes. He may go small to be less intimidating. Also if he has this level of magical ability, there's a fair chance he can shape shift. Watch animal behavior around you closely and carefully. You've heard my guesswork now.

It will be interesting to see what happens from here. Make sure to leave him treats daily.

"Also their voices are different and men do not deepen to the extent that humans do at puberty."

Not to argue with you, but once someone automatically popped in my head at night when I was in bed and said my name in a deep male voice. Then again, that might be sort of like giving a false name. :) But he sounds funny. Though probably 100 years, cute! (Well, some old people are pretty cute!)

yes they can have a deep voice.  But its not a reliable indicator of age with them. A higher pitched voice does not indicate youth as it does in humans. After the events the past week or so I'm pretty sure this is not a young Sidhe. His later interactions were strongly indicative of maturity. ( see post on seelie)
