So, I woke up in the middle of the night last night to find a strange light coming from inside the fairy house I made. Feeling a little scared, I pulled the sheet over my head, and rolled onto my back. Then, I started to hear a fluttering sound, but was too afraid to look. Several seconds passed, and the fluttering stopped. Then, I felt a gentle tickling sensation in the pit of my stomach. I pulled the covers off my head to see the fairy boy sitting in the center of my stomach, tickling me with his little hands! I laughed a little from the tickling, and he looked up at me, and giggled. I asked him, "Who are you?" But he only smiled at me, and disappeared again, in a flash of light. I'm becoming a little less afraid of him!

Try this next time you think he's around, instead of asking him who are you  ask him what name you should call him. If he still doens't answer make up something if he likes it he'll let you use it. If he doens't he might give another name to use.  Names are used very differently with spirits and I think with Sidhe as well. The name confers power over them and they're very vulnerable if their name is known, it's only at the highest level of trust that  it would be given.  Words litereally have the power to create or destroy.  Sounds like a good friend you have there.

Wow, kingowing,  I love reading your updates on this Faery person!

He does sound like he has a beautiful gentle spirit- a really nice personality :-)  –God Bless him!

You are going to have to leave some snacks out for him– (not that he expects you to-, but it IS out of respect to these Beings, when we are considerate to them.    I think he was letting you know he appreciated your setting out a faery cottage for him too- :-)      These cottages make the Faery feel welcome in our homes.

If I were you, I'd also ask him how you could be of help to him and his people-  and  I would also keep making it a point to be kind to Nature,   plants, trees, flowers , insects , wild animals, birds, chipmunks and squirrels, rabbits, frogs, snakes, etc, etc.

You will have him on your side when you do these things-  and it is one thing that the faery wish we humans would take more responsibility with–   instead of disconnecting ourselves from Earth and Creation, they would like to see us re-connect and be more caring to Life around us.

Well, I always recycle, and turn electronics off when I'm not using them. But, since this fairy has showed up, I've been thinking about planting a few flowers in my front lawn.

I think some flowers would be great! Not only will it beautify your lawn (which all faery have to look at and there are way too many industrialized shopping mall  areas compared to garden life  these days)

but you will also be providing something for all pollinating insects.      With people constantly cutting down wild plants with a weed wacker, mowing plants like clover and dandilions with over use of the lawnmower, etc… and people using lawn chemicals,   the  pollinating insects have been taking a hit these past few years.

The honey bees are even dying off from this Syndrome called "Colony Collapse Disorder"   and the Monarch Butterfly's main staple of Milkweed is constantly being plowed under by tractors and lawnmowers– yet without it, the monarch butterfly larvea can't grow.

I would plant a few flowers –   if you are in a drought type area, I reccomend Black Eyed Susans and Purple Cone flowers as they tolerate drought well. :-)

I would also encourage some of the native wildflowers– reserve a spot for them —things like Queen Anne's Lace, Daisies,  Chicory,  Crown Vetch, etc,  can actually be beautiful in a yard!

Hugs!! and please tell that wonderful Faery Guy that we sent our love, hugs and kisses to him as well!!!!

Love

Lisa
