hey all :) ive been leaving out food for a few days now for the fae and i just didnt know if this was animal bites or fae there is quite alot of bits so right away i guessed animal but you never know so i thought you guys could help

ii also said the day before that i was going to put some cookies down and for them to mave it to where they wanted their houses to be and it moved along the tree on the next day ( this was that one btw :) )

Faeries don't physically eat the offerings, they take the essence of it. So it was probably animal bites.

Looks like animal bites to me, probably from a couple of insects, or some kind of bird, since you cannot see any bite marks.

 

Like somebody else said, they take the essence from it. To know if they did, my guess is that the smell and taste won't be strong, and it will by dry.

 

But, since fae also turn into animals some times, perhaps a shy fae turned into an animal and decided to eat. It is quite impossible to tell, and since cookies can be bad for wild animals, try leaving the cookies inside this time. This way, you will be sure no animals will eat it ( unless there are some bugs ).

You would know if the faeries took the offering because there would be no bite marks at all. When they take the essence from it, animals usually don't touch it because the essence is gone.

they didnt have any choclate in them i made sure :) they didnt have anything that bad :D  ill put some honey inside tommorow :) thanks everyone
