I was wondering cause I was outside the night before the solstice sitting by myself sitting next to a tree that has a big ring around it just trying to relax, and i'd seen the regular looking lightning bugs all over, then off a little way a blue one flew by, ya know pulsing in thelight for about two or three luminations, and then disappeard.

The only fireflies I have in my area are the blinking white ones- that's the only type I've heard of also.
I have read of others seeing flying blue lights– and that was when that person was in a faery garden at night and was invited to see the Pixies make an appearance- and sure enough, he and his family were visited by flying blue lights in that garden. He became a believer after that.
YOu definitely saw someone from the Faerykind, my friend :-)

yeah I think so, oh i forgot that I did precede that with a chant to try to draw them out, though I'm not sure its proper:
Blessed Ones I cannot See
Reveal Thyself unto Me
Bring With Thee Blessed Light
And Hide No Longer from my Sight
So I guess the Lightning bugs make sense lol
