This is just a post I made for people to sit around and talk about things that have happened, to vent, to ask questions, and et cetera. I made it out of pure boredom x3

So, yes. To start the conversation, I have a question.

I'm going to start working on a faery house and I was wondering what I should use for a base? I want to be able to move it around easily.

Depends if your using it indoors or outdoors. If it's indoors you can use material like clay  or plaster of paris. outdoors you should use wood I'm looking into the durability of glue materials. There is a waterproof Carpenters glue but I don't know how well it stands up to cold.  Hot glue might be okay, and exterior grade construction adhesive should be good. Another idea would be to use clay planters for a roundish house with the door at the wide end and the bottom hole as a window.

I'll probaby use a bird house pattern for a base and change the opening to a door. There will also be a bigger one since the ones I've had contact with are quite tall.
