hi I'm just wondeering how many of you out their have had actual conversations with the fairy kind? and what did you guys talk about? how long did it take for them to have conversations with you?

Good question!– , if you check the "Fawna and Tawny thread, you can read the conversations that faery's Fawna and Tawny shared there also.
I've not had any conversations with the faerykind- other than I have heard them speak to me several times.
This latest time was yesterday morning while I was half awake/half asleep and still in the dream state. I saw an image of the bird bath in the faery's garden, and heard the thought directed to me that I should make sure to clean the bird bath and scrub out the algea–then refill it as soon as possible.
I awoke and immediately, in my nightgown, went outside with a biodegradable natural tea tree oil/ lavendar oil bathroom cleanser and a wash cloth- and scrubbed out all debris and algea- and refilled with sparkling water.
Yesterday was on record the hottest day of the year for us so far with a high humidity count. Later I noticed that the yellow finches in our yard were enjoying the birdbath and drinking the water.
The faery knew that they needed clean water and I had put it off cleaning the bird bath as I should.!

Whenever I attempt to converse, my mind tends to take some time to process things and so I lag behind in such situations. More commonly though, I tend to hear brief tidbits (usually helpful, sometimes heard mentally or with your ears) like what Lisa mentioned earlier. There was one time when I was woken up by someone whispering in my ear, and it turned out that I had overslept and woke up just in time to catch the bus :]
If you're able to experience them clearly, though, you may have more consistent sightings and communication. I've also read some verrrry interesting conversations between fae beings and people who have the ability to channel (such as Natalie's sister Susan and Mr.E., for exampe~)

Well I know a Fae named Mel we mostly talk about what comes to our minds. We are good buds.

I telepathically converse with a number of beings; Sidhe, Daevas, Daemons, Spirits, etc.
Wow, hows THAT for a introductory sentence?? :D
The smaller ones are silly and wonderful co-conspirators in mischief (for example when I pinch my boyfriend's tush, I hear a peal of giggles from what I affectionately term "the peanut gallery"). They also apparently love it when I sing and like to mimic when I rock out to music (seeing a bald little daeva headbang to Nightwish is the funniest thing in the world…they have a "she's doing it so I want to do it too!" mentality lol).
The Sidhe Queens talk about various things in regards to the nature of reality, the societal structures and relationships between families, the attitudes towards humans…it is alot like talking to an intellectual human being. Some of the Sidhe Queens do not use words, yet talk with "energy"…their eyes do the talking and we converse through sharing "understanding" and emotions…it is a bit hard to describe.
Spirits, esp. human discarnates can be a bit off setting and needy. I usually have filters up to keep them out as I do not wish to be terrorized by their human hangups on a daily basis.
I could write a book about this topic I have so much to say about it, lol. But, I think this is a good start for now. :)
