Maybe before any meditation, you can
pray to God, or your higher power, and thank them for this moment you are about to experience, invite
him to join you and help guide you. This may help assure you that you aren't
taking away from any spirituality when opening your eye. Trust me, our 3rd eye
is all about spiritual inspiration and knowledge.
Shield and protect yourself before all meditations *
The 3rd eye chakra is
all about vision, intuition and trust *
Sometimes even called
the Spiritual Eye. So I truly believe concentrating with this eye, will help
you with self mastery and understanding your intuition and spiritual path.
Though there is no
physical third eye present in the body but at a more subtle, spiritual plane it
has been experienced by many people that a stimulating center of consciousness
exist here.
Explore the depths of
your Third Eye chakra, I believe you will be guided by your spiritual leader
(God). Embark on a journey to learn about your Chakras and explore in detail
what they mean *
More websites can help
- try looking at .net or .org (they tend to have more research from books and
sources they explain)
and a book would be
helpful as well
I don't even think of
that who people call "Satan", not in my Utopia! ~ so any negative thoughts
push out of your mind! Get them out of there! I experienced devious people and
circumstances as a child, and was able to stand up to them and push them away.
I gained courage from God because he always protected me, now I am so confident
in my love for him and that he has for me that I know I'm protected, always. I
know it. I hope this will help you to feel this way too, what good is thinking
of something negative? Thoughts are everything, mind over matter. Train
yourself!
Focus on the positive,
and the positive will take place.
There is evil in the
world, but its mind over matter like i was explaining. You are strong and all
powerful, and a child of God so you are protected in your bubble of love at ALL
times. Good and innocence always rules over any negative.
Ask God to help fill
your thoughts with loving inspiration and positive thinking, thoughts about
beauty and Gods Creations. It sounds like you are very intuitive already and
blessed with some wonderful gifts ~ its time to find out what other traits you
have been blessed with on this Earth!
Its Solely about your
individual experiences, spirituality, path, and intuition ~
Lets ask ourselves
once more, what is intuition ?
…. The ability to
understand something immediately, WITHOUT the need for conscious reasoning.
Of course you can
always study and read a book about bettering the explanation/understanding of
something; but I believe Gods messages are through your Heart and Soul and the
Earth. Spend time in a beautiful forest, with nothing yourself, nature, and
God. Depart from any technology, media, and distractions. (Bring flowers,
crystals, animals to raise vibrations and energy in meditation) Be with God. Be
one with Nature. Being in Nature, Gods Creation opens your mind and soul to intelligence
and wisdom from God and the trees, animals, roots, soil.
Continue to pray and
talk to God for Guidance throughout your meditation ~
God will bless you,
and give you answers, for you are his child *
What better place to
experience Light/Color, Sound and Vibration then Nature? * This will help you understand what it
means to experience those things, and have your Chakras be in balance.
(Appreciating Nature
is Thanking God. Being Close to Nature is Being Close to God and your Soul and
Spirit. Nature helps you Understand Gods Creations, and gives you much respect
and patience for this Earth. Flow with the earth, flow with the energy, flow ~
These are meditations I experience daily and nightly, I love to read a book
because I'm interested in what other peoples experiences are, and what research
has been made. But the true answers are within yourself and Soul. No one can
put those on paper or internet. Nothing can help give me the guidance I need
like the guidance and truth received from Nature and God. It is pure, innocent,
and all knowing.)
Some individuals are
more open to seeing visions, and feeling energy, even if there is not much
experience in "practicing".
I believe that you
will find what makes you comfortable during your spiritual journey, and find
what allows you to learn and fully engage in the Earth, Patience, Peace, Love,
and God.
Negative or
"demonic" spirits can sense weakness.
Those who are weak do
not have control over their THOUGHT PROCESS ~
Example ; those who
chose to focus on the negative / give energy into what doesn't deserve it.
As I was explaining
earlier – it is how you THINK, how you PERCEIVE.
and who you are as a
INDIVIDUAL.
When you become aware
and conscious you come to realize and UNDERSTAND things ; like the fact that
evil is just a state of mind.
Understanding that
Evil is only makes itself shown when given energy. OR if there is evil shown
that it can be redeemed and overcome by any GREATER GOOD and CONFIDENCE in GOD.
Thoughts create
Energy. Energy creates forces. As humans, we have been blessed with a Brain,
intelligence, and a thought process ; you have the ability to control your
thinking ~ and the ability to overcome any evil.
YOU my Earth Brother/Sister,
are STRONG and a POSITIVE light created by GOD.
It is proven that
positive thinking, comes with wisdom and guidance from God. Which ultimately
protects us from anything.

WHAT IS THE GREATER
GOOD TO COME OUT FROM EVIL?
For us mere mortals to
be sometimes perplexed by what the greater good to be attained in each case for
the various sufferings inflicted in this world is not always easy for us to
understand here and now (not from this side of eternity). And this is precisely
because our scope as human beings is limited in it’s vision of things. We live
in time, God lives in eternity. He comprehends (in Himself) the bigger picture;
we only see a small (very small indeed) part of it. For God nothing is in parts
it is all one grand picture which He alone comprehends in it’s totality, while
we here below can only often see it in retrospect (by looking back – at least
some times) but the answer to this question is not always clear for us here and
now.
Much like taking a
part/section from a puzzle, looking at it and concluding that the thing is
pointless and then affirming the same of its maker because one has failed to
see the part in context of the whole. The same is true of all things in
creation since they must also be taken in totality since nothing was created
purely for its own sake (not even man – we were created for the sake of God –
To know, love and serve him). To understand evil in things we must try to look
at its context in relation to its purpose in creation.
It is at times falsely
asserted that all suffering and evil in this world are purely a consequence of
sin and so logically all those that suffer must have sinned in some sense. Now,
while it is true that present conditions of man can be attributed to fact of
original sin, this would not be sufficient to explain the sufferings of the
just. Hence in this while their remains aspect of mystery, nevertheless Fr.
Garrigou-Lagrange, is work ‘Providence’ comments thus: ‘It remains true,
therefore, that, as Job says (chap. 7), “the life of man upon earth is a
warfare and his days are like the days of a hireling.” But upon His servants
the Lord bestows His grace; although, as St. Paul says (Rom. 8: 38), “to them
that love God all things work together unto good, “ to the very end. All
things—graces, natural qualities, contradictions, sickness, and, as St.
Augustine says, even sin. For God permits sin in the lives of His servants, as
He permitted Peter’s denial, that He may lead them to a deeper humility and
thereby to a purer love.’ (chapt. 16).
And so we can
understand how God SEES EVIL ONLY IN THE SOVEREIGN GOOD, which compensates for
it abundantly and also serves to REDEEM and REPAIR it. In conclusion the words
of Pope Pius XII seem apt here:
"In God's eyes
all men are merely children, even the profoundest thinkers, the most
experienced leaders of nations. To judge events b the short view, that of time
that passes, flees away never to return; but God regards them from the heights,
from the immovable centre of his eternity. All they can see is the restricted
panorama of a very few years; God has before him the whole panorama of all the
ages. They weigh human events by their proximate causes and immediate effects:
God sees them as in their remotest causes, measures them all by their farthest
effects.
They are content to
unravel the particular responsibilities of this or that hand: God sees, as a
single whole, a complex and mysterious collection of responsibilities, although
his high Providence never deprives human choice, good or bad, of its freedom.
They would have
immediate justice; they are scandalised at the ephemeral power of God's
enemies, at all the humiliations endured by the good. But the heavenly Father,
who in the light of his eternity absorbs and penetrates and rules time's
vicissitudes, as he does the serene peace of ages without end, God, the Blessed
Trinity, full of compassion for the frailties of men, for all their ignorance
and impatience, but loving them too much to allow even their wrongdoing to
affect the course of his wisdom and love, continues, and will ever continue, to
cause his sun to rise on the evil and equally on the unjust (Matt. 5:45), to
guide their childish footsteps with firm tenderness, asking only that they let
themselves be led by him and have confidence in his power and the wisdom of his
love for them." – Message of 29 June 1941; Acta Apost. Sedis, 1941, p.
322.
