Did any of you get hit by hurricane Irene? there is a new hurricane coming in i but i forgot the name.:I

Yes, I got hit by the hurricane. I only got water damage (thankfully) but certain parts of my neighborhood had to evacuate o.O How about you?

4 gigantic trees fell down and hit the power lines and trapped us so two trees on one side of the road and another two trees fell down on the other side of the road. The trees didn't fall on to our house or our neighbors. We had the power-out for I think 5 or 6 days.

Wow, I'm sorry you got hit by the hurricane, but I'm glad to hear that you are OK.

MistyMagic, I'm so glad that no one got hurt bu those trees. Wow, 4 trees so close to your home!

Luckily I live in the Great Lakes region so no earthquakes or hurricanes for us.

We had our power out for 2 days or so. It wasn't too bad. There wasn't much damage to our neighborhood besides a few branches down. I hope everyone else is safe and am glad too those trees didn't hit anyone.
