but not just any. id like to do it with japan. im 14 soon to be 15 and id love to do an exchange program with japan. but are there any sites you would know the host the exchane program and japan has japan as an option? ive got my parents approval to do this but i need all the help i can get to find the right program. some details id like about it is like half a year to a year in japan. that way i can experince the culture, school, and the mountains they have there.

Uh, if you haven't realized there is alot of radiation in Japan, and it's pretty much destroyed.
And I though it was up to your school to do a exchange program..XD

my school doesnt have one but there are good ones out there that would let you choose

I know some students who are probably already in Japan doing this foreign exchange thing so i'm guessing certain areas are pretty safe so far. Only certain areas of Japan are contaminated with radiation. Just be sure to pick a place that is far enough from the destroyed areas. :)

well acculty all of it would have some radiation just like here un the us has some as well as Aulstralia and other areas of the world. The winds will carry it all the way around the world. I can sence as well as feel the radiation here in central us.
