Hey guys, long time no see. I'm glad to see that Natalie is doing some improvements to the site, and I see a lot of new faces around here. I'm so glad to see that the site is really flourishing! The discussions on this site are still great, informative and intelligent. I think it would be a great idea to get as many people as possible together for a group skype conference call. I'm sure we've all got a lot of information and insight to share, and we can also all get to know each other a bit better. It's also much easier to speak to one another instead of typing, and the discussions will also feel less segmented.
I'm available to chat this thursday and friday from 10am EST (US) until 3pm EST (US), however I may also be available later on at night on those days, so i'm not sure how that would work out in all of your timezones. I'm very flexible and should be available at almost any time except for weekdays starting next monday.
If anyone else thinks that this is a good idea, then let me know in your reply and also specify a time or date that you would be available to talk if this thursday or friday do not work for you. Also be sure to post your skype name if you're interested.
I really think that it will be a great experience and will make the community even closer.

Cool man, I just accepted your friend request. By the way, wow. Only one person thinks it would be fun/interesting to communicate over skype? Even if you don't have a microphone you guys cans till use the text chat while we conference.

the speakers are not very good on the computer that I use and my hearing is not that great, so I never bothered with skype it's expensive though ?

Nope…Skype is free. Almost everyone I know uses Skype. It's great :D

:) I'm interest although I don't have a webcam and mirco—-… built on my desktop. Not planning to buy it. But i do have a account, ID: shon-mai if anyone is interest add me. :)

cool, cool. And actually that's the cool part. You can communicate by using the text chat on skype while we're in the conference call, so everyone can communicate with each other even without a microphone.
