I would like to talk a little about fae and reincarnation and immortality.
The standard belief of reincarnation is that the soul recycles itself after death, and carries on to a new body. This new body/form can be human, animal, even plant. Some religions believe that reincarnation is based on your past life and your experiences from that life and you are judged accordingly. In some Eastern religions, once the soul has completed its cycle of rebirth and no longer needs to be recycled, that soul has finally reached Nirvana, or nothingness. Nothingness is not bad, but means that that soul has achieved what it was to achieve, and gained what needed to be gained in its life.
Other reincarnation beliefs talk about reincarnation as the constant cycle of rebirth. There is no end to this cycle, and it will continue on forever.
Some places believe you are reincarnated into your caste system, and will always remain part of that system. Others say that you can reincarnate out of your social situation depending on how you lived your previous life.
Other religions and beliefs are that souls are judged accordingly and will be sentenced to a form of everlasting life, examples Heaven or Hell in Christianity.
Reincarnation is not something that is limited to fae or humans or anything else that makes up this Universe. Fae can reincarnate as humans, and humans can even reincarnate as fae. It is a constant cycle of a series of "what shall be, will be".
Immortality holds different means to fae though. Immortality is not how long you live, and never die. The reality is, fae do die. Once a fae dies, that fae spirit is not destroyed, but instead is created into something called an "avatar". These avatars are vessels that are created by fae in the image fae wish to appear as. Such as hair color, eye color, height, etc. Some physical traits will continue to pass on though, such as any special tattoos that represent achievements in previous avatar, scars, etc .
Another technique that fae use to alter appearances is called "glamour". Glamour allows fae to change any part of their avatar's actual appearance using magic. The more magic used, the more can be changed and for a longer period of time.
Not to mix avatar with reincarnation however. Fae reincarnate when they wish for death and an entire new circle of life. This is when fae can choose to be human or choose to be fae again. If a fae wishes to be human, it is considered reincarnation. If a fae wishes to be fae again, it is creating a new avatar. There are many many fae who choose reincarnation over creating an avatar, because it can release them from the duties and roles they had as fae. The way for a fae to reincarnate from a human to fae again, the human must realize who they actually are, and remember their true name. The name releases the soul and brings back the magic that lies dormant that the soul once had.
There is a big difference between fae reincarnated as human and a changeling though.

Thanks from me too. It's really helpful. :)
If a human does not has a religion but has a belief of incarnation, where would he go when he dies? and can one decide where he'll go when he dies?
Is there really such things such as heaven and hell? Where does it come from?
How can human remember their true name?

I cant answer most of those questions. Im not human, so I dont understand how humans and their religions work as far as where humans go after death. These questions are not something that a faerie can really answer. These questions you should ask directly to the Universe. Death, afterdeath and the worlds afterdeath completely depend on the person. You make what you want of your afterlife.
As for remembering your true name, it depends on the situation and how much about yourself you remember about your fae lives.

What is your meaning of higher self? Faery soul? Teacher? Everyone has different meanings of it. What is yours? Your faery soul if you are indeed reincarnated of fae will know your true name because it is your soul that was once the fae who bore the name.

People
should learn to look with their heart and soul instead of their eyes.

Higher self is a new age
term associated with multiple belief systems, but its basic premise
describes an eternal, omnipotent, conscious, and intelligent being, who is one's real self.
So my Higher self is the
most perfect form of " me (human)" that exists in the
universe. It is always guiding me on my journey
through life.
Does that count as guide or teacher?

If that is what you call it yes it does count as a guide. That is very interesting by what it is. I find it interesting that humans call it that.

You know….now that I think about it…this makes a whole lot of sense. I have heard of an "avatar" used this way before but I can not quite remember where…. I wonder if the same holds true for humans or nobles who are born human.

Yes that's correct to an extent.
To remeber your true name you have to learn a lot about your past life as a Fae, I mean pretty much know exactly who you were…well not exactly but pretty close. Then you have to search for it. You'll start to remember names and test them out, but you must go with the one that fits (sometimes you will feel different). I hope this helps if anyone as a different way please share it :)
