I try to breathe deeply, and in-vision a white or silver energy that surrounds me. It protects me and my aura from others. I keep referring back to it every 15 minutes or so. Making sure I keep that protective aura around me. I see it as a glowing or shimmering shield protecting me from any harm.
Doing this has worked wonders for me. When I was at work I would have to deal with some nasty customers. If you did not find what the customer was looking for it got worse. It seemed like all these negative feelings and thoughts would be almost shot at me. After I started this exercise I felt wonderful, I almost started crying.

I think you mean a empath, as empaths feel the emotions of others.Also, it's psychic not physic ( Sorry, I just wanted to correct you because you have posted physic many times)
You can also try using herbs, or crystals to promote good energy. In fact, black tourmaline, black obsidian ,or some quartz turn negative energy to positive energy. Orgonite is said to do this as well.
Try asking the other person what is a matter, or what's wrong..etc and try to fix the negative energy, this way both you and them don't have any negative energy.
