I've been reading a lot lately about 2012 and the shifts this earths going to go through and these are some things to help the ascension be a lot easier. The more people who raise their lgith frequency, open all their chakras and become loving beings the less disaster that has to happen. 

The Cosmic Tree and Portals

1. Sit and relax where you can be undisturbed.

2. Hold the intention of energizing the Cosmic Tree and awakening the portals.

3. Visualize the trunk of a tree coming down right through the planet.

4. Branches from the tree trunk reach out to touch the bright stars, which fill the vast sky above.

5. Light from the 12 rays merged with the Silver Ray pours down through the branches and trunk. Red, Yellow, deep yellow, amethyst – white, orange, indigo, topaz blue, yellow, citrine, emerald, cerise pink and silver.

6. The light spreads out along all the roots throughtout the world.

7. Where it reaches one of the portals, a huge fountain of light shimmering with all these colours rises through the surface of the earth and cascades over the area.

8. Sense the light waking up everything and everything it touches.

9. As everyone wakes, see the whole world holding hands.

10. Give thanks for this and open your eyes.

Awakening your Earth Star

1. Stand with your feet firmly on the ground hip-width apart.

2. Focus on your feet and imagine energygoing down from them like the sides of a downward pointing triangle until they meet 12 inches or 30 cm below th ground.

3. Then put your attention on your toes, then right side of the feet, then the heel, then the left side of the feet. Continue to do this slight swaying until you feel your earth star is anchored.

4. Then place your mind in your earth star. Visualize it like a chamber below your feet, shinning and luminous.

5. Be aware of the seeds of your ptential growing within the chamber.

6. Here your kundalini is held.

7. Below it is a link right down into the centre of the earth.

Activating The 12 Chakras with the Fifth dimensional colours and Angels

1. Light a candle if possible.

2. Sit quietly where you can be undisturbed.

3. Focus on your Earth Star Chakra below your feet and ask Archangel Sandolphon to connect with you. Pause until you can sense he is with you. Then breathe in and out of your black and white Earth Star Chakra three times.

4. Focus on your base chakra at your pubic bone and as Archangel Gabriel to connect with you. Pause until you can feel he is there. Then breathe in and out your platinum base chakra three times.

5. Move your awareness to your sacral chakra and ask Archangel Gabriel to enter it. Then breathe in and out of your pale pink sacral chakra three times.

6. Move up to your navel chakra and invite Archangel Gabriel to move into it. Then breathe in and out of your luminous orange navel chara three times.

7. Focus on your solar plexus and call in Archangel Uriel to hold the energy of wisdom here. Then breathe in and out of your deep golden solar plexus three times.

8. Rise to your heart chakra and invite Archangel Chamuel to waken you to pure love. Then breathe in and out of your pure white heart chakra three times.

9. As you ocus on your throat centre, call in Archangel Michael to touch you here. Then breathe in and out of your royal blue throat chakra three times.

10. Concentrate on your third eye and let Archangel Raphael assist you here. Then breathe in and out of your crystal clear third eye three times.

11. Let your consciousness shift to your crown. Be aware of Archangel Jophiel, the angel of wisdom, opening your chakra wider. Then breathe in and out of your crystal clear crown three times.

12. You are now activating your transcendent chakras above your head, so be aware of your pure white casual chakra and let Archangel Christiel help you. Then breathe in and out of it three times.

13. A little higher is your soul star chakra which is magenta pink. Be aware of Archangel Mariel woking with you, and breath in and out of it three times.

14. It is time to move to your stellar gateway. Call in Archangel Metatron and sense him expanding your ultimate chakra. Then breathe in and out of this golden ball of light three times.

15. Thank the Archangels for their help in activating your chakras and open your eyes.

Golden Footsteps

1. Invoke Archangel Gabriel and sense a pure white light pouring through you and into the earth.

2. Invoke the Christ Light and sense a golden white light shimmering through you into the earth.

3. Ask that this enegy stays with you all day and goes deeply into the soil wherever you walk.

4. As you go about you daily tasks, whether you are in a skyscrapper or on the ground, your light can reach down into the ground and help purify the world.
