Lament and Ballad are her Faerie novels. Shiver and the rest of Shiver's series are about Werewolves. I have read Lament and I'd recommend it to anyone interest in learning about the true nature of faeries. I'd also recommend Tithe, Valiant and Ironside, as well as The Iron Fey series. The Spiderwick Chronicles are also very good, but are more of a children's series than anything else. However, these books do depict Unseelie as not necessarily bad and Seelie as not necessarily good, due to the fact that they were written with Irish faeries in mind.

Also, the word "Fairy" derives from the Middle-English word "faierie", which in french is "Faerie". Fae actually originates from the word "fatum" which means "fates", and was later downgraded into "fay" or "fey". Our fae prefer the term "fae" or "faerie" because "fairy" or "fairies" has come to have a negative connotation meaning "small people" or "wee folk", or "good folk" and none of ours are particularly small or particularly good.
