Hello Mr. E,
I'm doing a paper for my leadership class this semester and we're supposed to write about a great leader and what their leadership styles are. I was wondering if I could write it on you? As soon as they said to think of a great leader I thought of you.
You can respond here or private message me. Whichever you prefer is fine with me.
Thank you!

Hi,
I'm a college student and I wanted to say that while this is a great idea, I think that your professor probably wants you to write your paper on a human person, rather than about Mr. E. You can still write your paper about Mr. E, and I think that he'd probably be extremely flattered that you think that he's such an amazing leader and person, but I think that from a grade stand-point, your teacher probably wants you to write it on a human person.
Because, while you and I, and everyone on this website might believe in faeries, the academic world generally does not and looks down upon people that do believe in such things. In fact, most of the academic world is Atheist, and doesn't really believe in anything at all. Currently, in the United States, schools are trying to take the whole "in god we trust" or "one nation under god" out of the schools' Pledge to the Nation because God and Religion should stay out of our Schools.
So, I just wanted to post a response to this. I think this is a real great idea, and I really do think that Mr. E would be positively flattered that you'd want to write about him. I know that my Guardian certainly would be flattered, but I think that you might want to consider writing it on a human person.
If I'm out of step, please let me know.

They don't care who it's on. My coworker was in this same class and she wrote the paper on Captain Kirk (trekkies, if I spelled that wrong please don't hurt me ;) ). I told them I was thinking about doing it on Oberon or something of that nature and they thought it was awesome. I'm doing my transfer degree at a community college in the Ozarks. My professors are pretty open minded. In fact, one of the teachers for this particular class is Buddhist and one of his biggest pet peeves is when people are shut down for their lifestyles and what they believe. If I told him I believe in faeries he would probably think it was cool and ask me tons of questions. That's just how he is. I'm not worried in the least about being made fun of or getting a bad grade for writing a paper about Mr. E. I just like getting the word out about him.

Okee then. I was just covering all the bases. You obviously have a much more open-minded college experience and professors than I do. lol. Go for it then. ;)

That's wonderful that you want to get the word out about Mr E and his mission, he truly appreciates it! He is very honored by your request and was wondering if there was something specific that you need from him on this.
Thanks Laurel!

I'm sure I can find a lot of it here around the site, however there are some specifics. I would like to know what he feels are some of his greatest accomplishments as a leader and member of the Eight, as well as what he feels are his strong and weaker points personality wise. I would like to include the overall mission of the Elves in a way that people who have never heard of them can understand and appreciate. I'm sure I'll think of some other things and when I do I'll message you.
Thank you so much Natalie, and thank Mr. E for me, from the bottom of my heart. I really want to help the cause in whatever way possible. Maybe getting the word out will help (:

Say, Aura_Jane, is there any chance you might post your paper here after it's done? :)
