Hello everyone.
I'm an eclectic witch who beleives in faeries. I happened across this forum while searching for inspiration for setting up my faery altar.

Hi Anais Star! I love faeries as well :-) and try to welcome them in my home– especially during the cold Winter season here, though I dont' know if they really mind the cold weather- I still think many of them like to feel welcome in case they would WANT to visit inside.
Don't know if this would help, but for your Fae's place of honor in your home, you may want to include all 4 Elements of Nature for them– water, a candle (using a votive candle made from natural clean burning wax –non petroleum based) something dealing with air- (like one of those pinwheels you blow at so it spins) and a bottle of liquid bubbles and bubble blower as some of the Faery like it when humans blow those soap bubbles– it also has to do with the element of air as well.
And of course, plenty of attractive quartz crystals– like rose quartz, crystal quartz, etc. as well as a pretty houseplant for them as part of the Earth Element. I would add a Fae Cottage on the shelf too– and set out a candy near there for them as a gesture of love.

Thanks everyone for the welcome and to Lisa for the ideas.
Ive just moved and want to set up a new altar so Ill take those suggestions in consideration. I did find a lovely Faery statue that Im adding to the altar as well.
