Hey there, name's Vidikin. I'm a very boy-ish Eskimo/Amarican-mutt girl from Fairbanks Alaska, the land where the east not only meets up with for coffee, but is sharing the same flat as the west. Yes it's very cold in the winter, and actually it gets rather hot in the summer. The average hot summer day being in the 70-80's. And it's dry as all ever. Just like my humour. But I like both things that way. BACK TO THE POINT.
I've been an avid fan of the fey since I was little and have believed in them since forever. Like, I can't remember a time when I didn't believe in them. Like I've made houses for the smaller ones with my one of my old best friends when we where little and we would talk about them all the time in secret like it was something that if someone else knew about then it would spoil half the fun. But that's just the tip of how these creatures are so deeply rooted into my mind. Or, are they deeply rooted? Hard to tell when all I've got for comparison is myself and even then it's just a guess. It doesn't /feel/ like their that deeply rooted, it's just an estimation from looking at the data. ANYWAYS.
There have been some things lately that have been brought to my attention by a number (like 3 (including myself(and one of them hasn't made and direct reference, but has made vague ones (this is starting to feel like inception)))) of people concerning the fey and myself that actualy led me to this site, but I believe that's for another time and another category in the forum. But I am pretty sure there is some sort of folk living in my house right now, if that's any substitute for not going into the other thing. It keeps stealing and/or moving around small objects of mine , occasionally pestering my cat, and messing with the towels in the upstairs bathrooms.
I value good (my favorite is urban) fantasy (and sify, and supernatural, and you know whatever this is taking too long) novels (and tv shows), dark chocoalte, shiny rocks/stones/crystals/keys/pennies/againthisisgoingonforawhile, good writing, and good senses of humour. I am a nerd. Just getting that out there cause there's no hiding it.
PS: Mr. E's accent is adorible.
