Welcome to Real Faeries, Guenn! I loved reading your post about the faeries visitation in your bedroom. On the eve of my birthday back in May 2010, I woke up to hearing a hummingbird sound right over my head while I was laying in bed. I sat up and whomever it was zoomed away –just as a hummingbird would. I think it was some type of faery because that night before I actually asked the Fae to please feel at home with me and my home is there home. (I still feel this way)
I must locate and read your tree post! After my awakening to the realms of the Faery, I discovered that trees actually DO have a consciousness and feelings. They DO appreciate feeling appreciated and loved as all living things do. Now I greet and talk to the trees-just as I would with houseplants.. Once I hugged a tree with total sincerety and thanked it for gracing our yard all those years–even when I was a child. I felt a strong energy of love come right back at me from that tree! I will never forget that :-)
