im wondering if anyone has ever connected with a dwarf, i was reading up on all types of lore and came upon dwarves, and it said little is known of them because few succeed in connecting with them. if any of you have can you tell me a bit about them, and your experience with them?

if all else fails you can send her a pm, although I'm almost 100% sure she'll check this thread, since she's pretty active…

lol….. Hi folks!!!  I found this thread!  Yeah, I guess I"m around here alot when I'm not at work…Cool

Okay-  I have heard about dwarfs- and from what I understand, they are very private beings- and don't bother much with humans…     some have had experiences of them around rocky natural areas- like in Arizona., etc.

I don't know all the many types of dwarves out there–   I have seen an 3' tall elven type being in my mind's eye- and also while I was trying meditation one night.    Their ears were pointed , lay flat and stuck out from thier heads.

I also saw a 3' tall shadow standing across the street from my home this last October when the moon was full.

I do leave out stones for any gnomes or Elven folks in the faery's garden I started,  and  the stones are often gone from the dish I put them in.      Once I left out an amythest stone with some other stones.   All the other stones were totally gone within that week or so–   and the amythest was dropped really far under one of the pine trees near the garden.

How did it get there?   No animal jumped into the dish and carried it off-   It was as though someone small with a satchel had all the stones I put stuffed in the satchel, and  when they carried them off, the amythest must have dropped out.      It was so far underneath the pine tree that I had to crawl on my stomach to reach for it.

When I did get it and put it back in the dish- it was gone the next day :-)–  like they came back for it!

This past Summer, they took a few stones but not so much it seems, as that last Summer.     They have taken the little miniature chair I placed there for them though !

Hey Tara,

Now I personally haven't had an experiance with them but my grandpa did but a bad one.

Now this takes place in Mexico, in my small little village. Its a beautiful place, we're surronded by a valley of moutains, like a rain forest you can say.

1970s around there, he was riding his bike at night, and back in those days they didn't have electricity, only flashlights and candles. But anyways he was riding his bike through the night going home. All of a sudden his bike stopped, he pettled and felt like someone was holding his back tire. He turn around and saw a dwarve like thing, to me it seemed like a troll. My grandpa said he looked like a short creature, human body, big pointy ears, big pointy nose, but the creapyest thing was he had a evil smile and laugh. My grandpa got a hold of his bike and tugged it his way and the creature didn't want to let go, so he kept on tugging and finally the creature let go. My grandpa got on his bike and never looked back. He swore that thing was as real as me and you. No outline or anything, real skin and teeth. But of course we belive it was evil from what it had done.

Could have been unseelie. I don't think a dwrave of the light would do something like that.

Wow, definitely Unseelie!     Just from his evil laugh and evil smile gives it away.

Whom I saw was not evil–  and I only saw his outline in my mind's eye-    He also had big pointy ears too but I couldnt see his features.        It shows you that no matter what the Being- there are those who choose the side of the Unseelie, and those who choose the side of Good and Light.

Hi Dante, all I saw was the one Being's outline — in all bright green light when I was outside.

After I opened my eyes and closed them, the vision was gone.     his/her ears were long, pointed and laid flat– like Yoda in Star Wars.    I didnt get bad vibes at all from him/her.   I think it was a guy one.

Those Beings you saw standing near your father while he was sleeping were probably near him to borrow energy from him while he slept-  as when it is cold , I was told many of these faerykind  do feel a need for more energy– the cold zaps them of it I heard just as the cold also takes away energy from birds —especially hummingbirds, and lizards, etc.

I have actually invited many of them to stay near me when it is really cold out-  and I have felt thier presence near me.    I dont know if they were dwarfs though.     I set the condition that they must love God or else they can't stay near me until they do.      One last May morning I awoke to hear a hummingbird like sound of wings hovering over my head near the bed's headboard.    It zipped away when I sat up in bed.

I haven't actually seen one but have definatley had an experiance involving one. Well, more like my older son did. We were walking through the woods one day when my youngest, he was about 12 or so, piped up and told us there was a door at the base of this tree and it belonged to the dwarves. So my older, in his bigger brother wisdom, told him he was seeing things and nothing was there because dwarves don't exist! He took two steps and a smallish dead tree branch fell from the tree and hit him in the head! Thankfully he wasn't hurt.  I'm so glad I was there and got to see it. But it's become kind of a family joke when he's being particularily dense to go for a walk and insult another dwarf…maybe they'll knock some sense into him.Laugh
