So, i keep attempting to astral project, and I NEVER know when I'm on the brink of it! So today I tried it. So? I felt numbness on my thighs at one point, and I could feel my arms coming out, and I had my eyes closed, and my third eye, the vision kept going back to like…light colors. So it'd flash, like as if, I were traveling into the sky! How would you know if you're doing astral projection when you're attempting to? Can anybody give me a couple of signs? I saw a post about it, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. So can someone really explain in astral projection and the process/steps?

It definitely sounds like you were at the beginning stage of astral projection. One of the first things you feel is numbness and tingling. Astral vision is really weird and I still haven't been able to figure it out myself. Sometimes I'll see my surroundings the way the are, sometimes I'll see colours, and sometimes I'll see through the eyes of my physical body. Anyway, back to the tingling. When you feel it, this is usually an indication that your astral self is separating from your physical self. Try to move and see if you can get out. If a part of you is stuck you could try rolling on your side or pushing yourself down through your body and through the bed. If you still have trouble you could always ask your spirit guide(s) to help you. Just be persistent and keep trying till you get it right. It takes a lot of patience and practice. Good luck.

Normally when I astral project I can literally feel my spirit separating from my body and I will get chills. It is hard to describe but in a sense you are feeling sensations but not on your physical body. To better explain if someone were to put their hand on your arm you would feel it on your arm when I astral project I feel sensations away from the physical body.

Ohhh. So I did it right. I could feel my arms being lifted. I was making my spiritual arms move! I could feel it in my real arm.
