Hi!(again… (: )
Sorry for me asking so many questions, I'm just interested in everything fairy.

Me and my mother where talking lastnight and she asked what I was doing about bad fairies, I said I wasn't really doing anything, I hadn't had any trouble so far.
But she did point out something to me. How do you know what kind of fairies your attracting? I mean your attracting good fairies, but you could also be attracting bad fairies. I don't want to attract bad fairies, to be safe.
What can you do to prevent bad fairies coming into your home? I know that there is the Protection amulet, and I might print that out, but is there anything else that can be done to stop bad fairies from coming into your home? And do the amulets work?
Is that mean of me, to say that I don't want to attract bad fairies? Isn't that kind of like saying to someone you don't like "I don't want you in my house, because I don't like you."? I wouldn't do that to a human… So should I even do anything about bad fairies? Or are they REALLY dangours\bad\evil (etc)?
Please help.
I will be really greatful for all and any answers :)

Bad faeries are definitely dangerous. If you are a light hearted, kind person chances are you won't attract them… You could always ask good faeries to keep negative entities away and protect you. Having the protection amulet couldn't hurt either… I think it would also help not to put too much thought into bad faeries!

You can ask them to go away, just like Stellar said. Or you can cleanse with white light or making shields.
There is some protection amulets, and rose quartz is usually good for protection.

That's good advice from Stellar and Dante, for sure. Mr E suggests that you make a declaration out loud such as, “those with bad intent are not welcome here.” Remember that you are powerful and can demand that they leave you alone.
Another good idea, according to Mr E, is to place the fairy protection rune symbol above the doors or windows of your home. You can find that symbol here: http://www.realfairies.net/ima…..t_rune.pdf

I know more crystals that can help with protection. I'll name a couple :
protection (aura, personal energy field): fire agate, black tourmaline, labradorite, sunstone, tiger eye
protection (angelic): angelite, selenite, seraphanite
protection (from evil): agate (especially Eye Agate), beryl, black tourmaline, blue chalcedony (especially evil magick), coral, garnet, herkimer diamond, malachite, pyrite, quartz, salt, sapphire, snowflake obsidian, tiger iron / mugglestone (mirrors evil & evil spells back to the sender), turquoise
protection (spiritual): , , silkstone (esp. spirits), silver (esp. from spirits)

Fairy are mixed nature so sometimes even good ones can be obnoxious and " bad" ones can do good.. Generally though any malicious spirit doens't like to hang out where things are positive. They're after an energy source, and it comes from fear, hate, and depressive moods in humans as well as the atmosphere that those who have those emotions as the prevelent force in their lives creates. We're like a unlimited battery charger for them since we have both a physical and spiritual nature we can be a source of energy for other spirits. If you don' tdo things that cause these types of emotions or allow them dominance in your life, chances are you have nothing to worry about. Another attractant to these types of spirits is disorganization and a cluttered dirty enviornment. … When you do angel work a huge bulk of your preparation time is spent cleaning and in purification rituals. Same thing with Shamanic work, and in fact the purification can be extremely strenuous with long fasts and sweat lodges. But maintaining a positive spiritual enviornment is closely related to keeping a pleasant physical environment. WHat you do physically has an effect spiritually.
If a problem develops anyway changing your emotional climate doing things like cleaning and decluttering your immediate enviornment are the first step then work on developing relationships with powerful positive spirits who can provide some defence. Talismans and amulets are also a help but these should be incooperated as part of the relationship with the powerful spirits. In and of themselves without that association the results will not be as good. In the case here the seals are related to powerful entities so that association is already there. But it has to be cultivated as well. Fairies in general don't like clutter but elves tend to be on the more extreme end of things according to scandinavian folklore.

Or you could Face it head on. Though considering the fact that depressive moods attract them it is a surprise that I haven't been pestered by unseelie constantly. But as for the face it head on instead of asking for external help you could also make it leave by your own will.

Wow! thank you everyone!! :) When I wrote this I didn't expect so many answers, i'm so greatful! I'll be taking everything into consideration, and then working out what I should do if I need to do anything :)

Parents and Fairies everywhere will love the freshly cleaned rooms. Washing your floors and walls with a floral scent is good too. Here's an easy recipie after you have the room clean is when you do this . You take a grater like you use to make grated cheese and you grate the peel of a lemon lime orange or grapefruit, or any combination. As your doing this think and talk about happy things. It's important to physically talk and sing while your doing this not just in your head. Particularly powerful are saying and singing to your favorite god godess or other spirit that you see as a guide or higher power. You mix this with enough water to wash with. Be sure when you wash not to get the floors or walls sopping wet and don't use this on carpet at all. but furniture walls doors ect. I would grate the peel of about 2 fruit per half bucket of water. let it sit in a warm place for a couple hours then you need to filter out the pieces of peel. Clean out your wash bucket thoroghly. and run the water through a towel…. slowly, so you don't spill. take a cloth thats very clean preferably just wash and dried ring it out well before you wash anything. The scent wont be particuly strong in the water if it is it may be too strong. The cloth should not drip water when it's properly damp.
Lemon Balm, Lemon thyme, citronella, ( the herb only) and citrus scented geraniums can also be used

Mine came from the English shore-line, but I actually bough it online. It was about $7 with shipping AND handling
both combined as the total…

Whenever I feel like there's too much stress/negativity clogged up in the house I burn a sage stick and walk around with it visiting every room 2-3 times while asking the faeries to bless and cleanse the house. After it's all done I feel a significant change in the atmosphere. It becomes much lighter and "breathable". It's just like cleaning your house but on a spiritual level.

Funny, I have a holey stone made from greek turquoise. My mom ('step mom' ) gave me it. It is like an 'evil eye' and she said that her family passed it on. We also have old blankets, like 100 years old .

Sorry I haven't been on to write on here very often, I have been so busy!
I just wanted to let everyone know that I have tried only a few things from here, I put up the protection amulet that is on this website, it's on my window facing outside, and just outside of my room is a HUGE rose quartz that has been there for ages, I never noticed it there before, and I have had no encounters with bad fairies yet!
I didn't use everyone's ideas as I do\did not need them just yet but I have eveyone's ideas down if I ever do need them :)
