while using magic items usually help, from what i've heard. Krishna, a lord in the human world, he always had a lotus flower in his left hand I believe, a golden fluit in the other hand, and a peacock feather in his hair.

maybe the peacock feather represented the third eye chalkra, the fluit represented the wind chalkra, and the lotus flower to represent the crown chalkra with it's infinate petals?

haha, thought of this while sitting at the desk, I have a peacock feather in a jar on my desk.

if magic is focus, as I have learned on this sight, it take a healthy body and focus to control you power, or "chi".

base simply represents your sexual being, the next for your internal organs, next for digestion, then for the heart, and wind for you breath and voice, the third eye is your "spiritual" sight, and the crown would be your morals and meaning.

while in meditation, or casting a spell, it'll help to have something simple to focus your energy on. like, for example, for that spell  in the hall of knowlage to help rid you of bad habbits; by writing them on paper you are able to focus all of these bad energies into a physical item, and symbolicly destroy them, cleansing your "spirit".

spirit is a fancy word for the control over your own being. closest thing to god in within yourself, and to have knowlage that "god" has, you need not know more than who you are.

the peacock feather is a wonderful tool, it has a symbol of an eye. also, it is full of cultur and is in many forms of art through out our earth's history. it is beautiful and rare. use a peacock feather to open you spiritual sight.

a fluit caresses your wind and voice with a soft sound for all to hear, if you can be heard than you have one of the greatest gifts of all. use your voice it is precious.

and the lotus flower, an extreamly symbolic tool, will represent your crown in anyway you wish it to.

lord Krishna believed in meditation, and used Chalkra to fight evil. maybe he carried these simple tools to aid him with his focus over energy. find tools of your own to help symbolize your being.

I love  the lotus flower – it has such a tremendously great hidden power that is absolutely spectacular! Once I ordered some from serenata online florists and the minute they arrived I felt such an incredible rush of energy floating right through me. It was a moment I would never forget. Absolutely gorgeous and in that very moment I felt so special and powerful and somehow… blessed.
