hello, can anyone think of a spell or something that can help relatioships work out or anything to make someone like you even more, anything like that would help
I tend to shy away from love spells cast on specific people simply because I wouldn't want someone to do that to me. Maybe if you elaborate on the situation I could offer better advice? You could try a spell to draw in love… who knows, you may find someone even better than the one you have your eye on ;D
What sort of items do you have available to you in terms of plants? What trees and flowers do you have nearby, and is there a place with clean running water like a river or stream? Spells don't have to be elaborate (which is what first got me into the topic).

Oak doing a spell to MAKE someone fall in love with you isn't a good Idea. That's controling someone elses person. I agree with Kikyo about drawing in love. Best thing to do is go human way instead of fae way and talk to james about it. Magic can't be used for everything. Well….. yeah it can BUT you shouldn't depend on it for everything.

I totally agree 100% with what you said Faecat! Controlling thru magic can earn you some bad kharma!
I completely agree that magick shouldn't be used to control anyone…but there's no problem with using magick on yourself, or to encourage harmony. Spells to spark inspiration (which is great for figuring out how to solve problems like the ones you mentioned) are also awesome. :) Maybe you could think about ways to make a spell that encourages better communication between you two, so you can talk out the things that are giving you problems. For things like this, I usually find that Norse runes work really well.
Magic is the same as "creating with intent" and there's nothing wrong with that (beyond the controlling isssue), that is the Elven way. You might consider using the elven heart to draw love to you, I think it works really well.
